Listen to your favorite music or watch your favorite tv show

Go out into nature
Light a candle and take a warm bath or shower
Look up at the sky and watch the stars or clouds
Do a small act of kindness and express gratitude
Write down your thoughts and feelings in a journal
Take a deep breath and put things into
perspective.

Call or message a friend
Clean your room

Keep these things by your bed: lip balm and hand lotion (put on before bed), scented candles, the book you're reading, flowers, hand mirror, and porcelain figurine.
