Things I am thankful for today...
1. Tom and Gabi came to visit and brought Tyson with them.
2. I had a nice dinner and a chat with my parents and Tom and Gabi
3. I'm mostly finished packing for Florida

I would like to be able to say no to people and stick up for myself. I tend to be a compulsive pacifist and placater and let people walk all over me for the sake of avoiding conflict.
