Things I am grateful for today:
1. That tomorrow is Christmas
2. That I could relax and do nothing today.
3. That Uncle Roger came for a visit.

Some of the kindest things I can do for myself when I am in pain (physical and/emotional).

When I'm not feeling well or I'm not in a good mood, the best thing to do is relax. Taking a hot bath or shower always helps. I also try to cheer myself up by watching a funny video on YouTube or listening to music I like. If I'm upset about something, I might want to vent my feelings to Jasmine or to my mom. Sometimes, it might be a good idea to go for a walk or find another reason to get out of my room. Taking a break from my routine and resting or doing something fun usually makes me feel better.
