What To Do For You:
Don't lay in bed all day, please. I know its hard. I know you can feel yourself physically being absorbed into the mattress, that you cannot get up, no matter how hard you try. But you need to. Its okay to feel too anxious to go to the grocery store and interact with people. Thats a big big mountain. Try a little hill. The mountain will still be there, for another day, when you are feeling up to the challenge. Its not a failure to not conquer the hugest task. Try the little hill. Read a chapter of a book, text a friend, anything. Do something that doesnt worsen you. Don't talk to toxic people or do things that you arent feeling up to. Its not laziness to care for yourself. If cleaning the bathroom seems too daunting, do something you enjoy. Dont let anyone force you to have a panic attack because of a chore. There is nothing better for you than you time that isnt spent in your bed. But, if your bed is all you can muster, thats okay too. As long as you are trying, tomorrow is a new day and maybe you will be ready. You never know. Just hold on, and maybe tomorrow hanging out with friends may seem less terrifying. If you are going through hell right now, there isnt anything worse. Things can only get better from here, my friend.
