I changed into my dark blue chiffon saree which had black blouse,hastily and ran down the stairs.

The view infront made my eyes wide.

My hubby was sitting on Cabir bhai's stomach and was punching him like a mad. While Cabir bhai was laying under him with closed eyes.Has he fainted?

"Saale Ek baar teri shadi hojane de !Agar teri suhagraat par tughe ek mahine k mission pe nhi bheja na maine tou mera naam bhi Manik Malhotra nhi !" My hubby yelled angrily and punched Cabir bhai's face again.

Bhaiya and everybody laughed who were standing around them.

"Suniye !" I tried to hold my hubby by his shoulders but he didn't give me any heed and continued to punch Cabir bhai.

"Bhaiya ! Inhe rokein na ! Cabir bhai behosh hogaye hain !" I looked up at Bhaiya and he laughed more while nodding at me.

"Manik leave him !" Bhaiya spoke while laughing and my hubby punched Cabir bhai again.

"Koi behosh nhi hua ye ! Sala drama kar raha hai !" My hubby spoke angrily and again punched Cabir bhai.

"Suniye bas ! Cabir bhai ko dard ho raha hoga !" I held my hubby's hand who was busy punching Cabir bhai.

My hubby huffed and stood up from Cabir bhai's stomach at the very moment Cabir bhai opened his eyes and kept his head at my laps as I was just kneeling beside his head.

"Dekha I told you he was acting !" My hubby gritted and kicked Cabir bhai's butt.

"Aaaooo Nandani!" Cabir bhai shrieked and looked at me with a crying face.

I glared at my hubby angrily and he gritted his teeth again before going towards the couch and plopping on it grumpily.

"Dard ho raha hai bohot?" I asked with my teary eyes while caressing Cabir bhai's punched cheeks and he nodded while biting his lips.

"Tumhare inhone mughe bohot be-rehmi se mara!" Cabir bhai's lower lip wobbled and I sobbed while ruffling his hair.

"Haan bhabhi Manik Bhai always hits him ! Pta nhi kiya dushmani hain unki bechare Cabir bhai se !" Shahid spoke and I caressed Cabir bhai's cheeks more lovingly while nodding at him vertically.

"You know Nandani ! He thinks that I'm his punching bag ! Tumhare ye bohot zaalim..." Before Cabir bhai could complete his complaint my hubby shouted while sitting on his knees on the sofa , facing us.

"Chup hoja Cabir ! Warna waqai tera mun tod dunga main !" He gritted and Cabir bhai hiccuped.

I looked towards Cabir bhai and he closed his eyes while rubbing his heart.A tear escaped from my eye as I understood his unbearable pain.

"Agar in main se kisi ko bhi haath lagaya na aapne tou belan(rolling pin) se dhulai karungi apki! Chup chap baith jaye !" I snarled at my hubby whose eyes went wide after listening my words and he immediately sat properly on sofa.

Everyone around me laughed and Cabir bhai wiped my tears.

"Bas Nandani ! Tum ho tou mughe koi fikar nhi !" He smiled and I too smiled at him.

I looked up at Rahul and Sunaina who were whispering to each other amidst their giggles.

At the very moment my mind clicked and I turned my head towards Harsh bhaiya.Bingo! his eyes were fixed at Sunaina only.

"I'm telling you ! Ek aur bakra halal hone wala hai !" Cabir bhai whispered and I laughed.

Hmmm ! Ab tou pakka mamla sensitive hai !

"Arey bhabhi chaliye! Apka pizza thanda ho jayega!" Shahid spoke and my eyes gleamed.

Cabir bhai raised his head from my laps and I stood up from the floor with twinkling eyes.

"Oh haan ! Your pizza Nandani ! You know with how much difficulty I saved two slices for you ! Warna ye faqeer tou chor hi nhi rahe the pizza ko !" Sunaina spoke while glaring at all of them and I chuckled while moving towards the couch. 

As I reached towards the couch my smile vanished instantly and tears settled in my eyes.

I looked towards the empty pizza box and then at my hubby who was munching the last slice freely.Probably he didn't acknowledge my presence yet !

"Buddy !" Rahul whispered after sitting beside my hubby who just hmmed in response as his mouth was full due to the large bites of pizza.

"Ye bhabhi k liye rakha tha hum ne !" Rahul whispered in my hubby's ear and my hubby's eyes went wide as he looked up at my teary eyes.

I slammed down on the other couch and tears started meandering  down my cheeks relentlessly.

My hubby glanced at the last bite of pizza and at me simultaneously before sitting beside me.

"I'm sorry !"He tried to hold my palm on my laps but I jerked his hands angrily.

"Acha ye lou !" He forwarded the little remaining munch and I glared at him angrily.

"Itna sa nhi khana mughe ! Main koi billi nhi hn !" I shouted amidst my tears while pushing his hand away which was holding the little munch of pizza slice.

"Tou billi pizza khati hai ?" He gave a me a seriously look and I cried more.

Chuhe ko cheese pasand hai , billi ko chuha pasand hai , tou ghum phir kar cheese kisne khayi? Billi ne na ! Bas !

"Ok  I'll order it for you again!"My hubby spoke while pulling out his cell from his pocket when I spoke angrily,

"Nhi khana mughe! Aap chale jaiyen Delhi! Mughe baat hi nhi karni aapse!" I spoke with my tears and he looked in my eyes.

He knows only pizza wasn't the reason of my incoherent tears,his departure was disturbing me more.

Pta nhi kyon hogaye hain ye aese! Pehle apne aap se dur nhi jane dete the aur ab khud hi mughe dur bhej rahe hain !

Without answering me he left the house making me shed more tears.

"Hagemaru! Don't cry ! Wo jaanbujh kar thori tughe chor kar ja raha hai ! How you would live alone at nights haan ! Just because of this reason he is not taking you with us !" Harsh Bhaiya came and hugged me while standing.

" Bhaiya ! Main reh lungi na akele! I don't have any problem!Par yahan inke baghair nhi reh paongi!" I cried while hugging bhaiyas waist tightly and he sighed.

"Manik ki itni aadat hogayi hai ise k ab she can't live a week without him!I wish they never fall apart!Khuda inhe hamesha sath rakhe!" Sunaina spoke lovingly and Shahid and Rahul nodded with a smile.

"Paghli! Emotional kar dia tune!" Cabir bhai slapped Sunainas head while wiping his fake tears and Sunaina gave him a stern look.

While Rahul and Shahid bursted into laughters again.

"Buddy kahan reh gaya ! It's 1 we have to leave at 2 for airport!" Rahul spoke worriedly while eyeing his wrist watch.

Bhaiya who was doing something on his cell beside me spoke,

"Wait ! I'll call him !"

My eyes fell on my hubby's both cells which were lingering beside me on the sofa.

"Koi faida nhi hai bhaiya! Ye apna phone ghar par hi bhool gaye hain !"I spoke without any emotions and stood up from the couch with his cells,walking towards the stairs.

"Nandani !" My hubby's voice and I turned.

He was holding Pizza in  one hand and a shopping bag in other hand. 

I waited till he strode towards me.

"Pizza !" He forwarded the box with a smile.

"Mughe nhi khana !" I mumbled with downcast gaze and he gave me a stern look.

"Subah se kuch nhi khaya tumne!" He spoke sternly.

"Still I don't want to eat !" I mumbled again while keeping my eyes on the floor and ran upwards towards my room.

"NANDANI!" He yelled angrily behind me but I didn't stop and went inside my room.

"Manik! Calm down yaar ! Wese hi itna ro rahi thi Wo !" Cabir came and held my shoulder from behind.

"Tou ab main use dantun bhi nhi uski fuzool harkaton par Cabir!Didn't you see how stubborn she is! Pehle breakfast nhi karna tha aur ab pizza nhi khana! I don't know what the hell is wrong with this girl! Pta nhi main jaonga tou Kia karegi ye peeche!" I spoke angrily and Cabir sighed.

I don't know what the hell she is going to do with her health in my absence!

"Dekh Manik ! She is upset ! Tu jab se gaya hai tab se ro rahi hai wo! Uske paas ja aur pyaar se baat kar aese gussa karega tou Wo ek nhi sunegi teri !" Cabir spoke and I took some breaths to calm my anger. 

I know she is upset because I'm not taking her with me ! But it's not like,that I'm doing it deliberately ofcourse I've a reason to it !

"Sunaina!" After heaving some breaths and calming down my raging anger I called Sunaina who was chatting with Shahid,

"Yes Manik !" She turned her head towards me and I gestured her to come towards me.

"For you !" I took out a box of Belgian chocolate from the shopping bag and gave it to her.

"Aww ! Manik you are so sweet !" She smiled widely and hugged me making me smile too.

"Aur ye sab ?" She broke the hug and indicated towards the other chocolate boxes which were in the shopping bag.

"Ye! Ye sab meri sirphiri biwi k liye ! Usse chor k ja raha hn na isliye ziada pyaar aa raha hai mughe uss par aur isi baat ka faida utha rahi hai wo!" I chuckled and she too chuckled.

After warning Shahid , Rahul and Cabir to not eat Sunaina's chocolates I climbed the stairs.

Harsh nhi lega! Wo apni image khrab nhi karega Sunaina k saamne! Saala!

........

After keeping my hubby's both cells on charge I started ironing his clothes.

I wasn't crying but my face was puffed like a balloon.

"Nandani !" I heard my hubby calling me but I didn't bother to answer him and kept ironing his black shirt.

He locked the room door after keeping pizza and that shopping bag on the bed.

"Meri awaaz nhi aa rahi na tumhe !" He tried to snatch iron from my hands but I being stubborn-head didn't oblige.

"Enough Nandani !" He shouted angrily and in this fit iron touched my other hand.

I hissed and he looked at me more angrily while slamming the iron on the iron stand.

He held my other wrist and made me sit on the bed.

I tried to stand up when he showed me his eyes.

"Bas bohot hogya! Mera dimag mat khrab karo tum !" He glared at me and went inside the washroom.

A tear cascaded down my cheek as my wrist where the iron touched was burning like hell.

"Show me !" After coming out with a toothpaste in his hands he kneeled down infront of me,asking for my wrist.

"Nhi ! Aur jalan hogi mughe !" I cried while hiding my wrist behind my back and he sighed.

"Kuch nhi hoga! Mughe dikhao tou sahi !"He spoke softly while trying to hold my arm but I nodded vertically.

"Nandani!" He glowered at me again and I cried more.

"Jab dekho tab gussa karte rehte hain mughe ! Mere mian ji mughe kabhi rulate nhi the !" I cried while pushing his hand away and he chuckled lightly.

"Acha bas tumhare mian ji bohot ache the aur main bohot bura hn!Now give me your hand!" He spoke politely and I sobbed,

"Dard hoga !" I spoke while forwarding my hand towards him.

"Nhi hoga meri jaan !" He spoke more softly and held my wrist.

He blew some air on my burn and I shrieked,

"Oho ! Bohot dard ho raha hai !" I winced with closed eyes and held my hubby's shoulder with my right hand tightly.

He chuckled at my antics and
was about to apply that toothpaste on my burn when I pulled my hand,

"Nhi ! Nhi ! Nhi !" I cried loudly while moving my head vertically and he heaved a breath.

"Acha ! Tumne ye chocolates dekhi?" He spoke while pulling the shopper infront which was behind me.

"Chocolates ! Mere liye ?" I asked with twinkling eyes and he nodded with a smile.

"Aap bohot ache hain !" I kissed his left cheek tightly.

"I know !" He mumbled sarcastically but I didn't hear.

I started rummaging through the shopper with my right hand and in the meanwhile he applied the toothpaste on my burn.

I didn't realise when he took me in his laps and started feeding me pizza.

"Sunein ye wali tou meri favourite hai !" I spoke happily while showing him the box of Ferraro Rocher.

"Acha ! It's my favourite too !" He spoke and fed me another morsel of the pizza.

"Really? Hayee! Hum donu ki choice kitni milti haina!" I muttered happily and he nodded.

"Hmm ! Bohot !" He spoke with a tight smile but I couldn't decipher the hidden sarcasm in it.

"Aur ye wali tou main aese khati hn jese log charas(heroin drug)peete hain!" I giggled while showing him the pouch of mm and he laughed at my choice of words.

"Charas? Nandani !" He laughed and I smiled shyly while chewing the munch which he just fed me.

"Agar aap ko lagta hai k chocolates khane se main aapko bhool jaongi tou aesa nhi hai mughe Phir bhi apki bohot yaad ayegi !" I spoke while thumping the pouch of mm on the bed and looked in his eyes.

He smiled and hugged me.

A tear trickled down my cheek and I kissed his hair while roaming my fingers in them.

"Mughe bhi sath le jayein na ! Main bilkul bhi tang nhi karungi apko!" I sobbed and he broke the hug while chuckling.

His lashes were wet which proved he shed some tears too.

"Tumhari baat par tou ab mughe bharosa hi nhi hai !" He giggled and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Main jo kehti hn Wo karti bhi hn ! Zubaan ki bilkul pakki hn main !" I scowled at him while jerking my shoulders in attitude.

"Haan Haan ! tum tou kabhi apne alfaaz se peeche hat-ti hi nhi ! Bas jo kehti ho wohi tou karti ho !" He laughed and I climbed down from his laps.

I gathered my chocolates in the shopper again and shrugging my shoulders moved towards the iron stand.

"Change kar lein aap ! Phir sab ko lagega meri wajah se der hogayi apko !" I taunted at him while ironing his shirt and he walked towards me.

"I'll do it ! Give it to me !" He spoke gently while eyeing the iron and I raised my lashes at him menacingly.

"Main kar sakti hn! Aiyaapa ne do haath diye hain mughe aur wo bilkul sahi salamat hain !" I snapped at him and he pressed his lips tightly on my lips just for a second.

My eyes went wide and before I could understand anything he picked up his blue denims from the couch and went inside the washroom while chuckling.

My cheeks got scarlet as I caressed my lips , which he just kissed.

"Ab sharmana band bhi karo meri munni !"He yelled from the washroom and I shook my head shyly.

I pressed his shirt and took out the matching black blazer from the cupboard.

"Nandani meri shirt !" He came out from the washroom in just his pants while rubbing his wet hair with the towel and I passed his vest to him while keeping my eyes on the other side.

He chuckled and pulled my palm which was clutching his vest.

"Suniye! Der hojayegi! Chodein mughe !" I spoke shyly while keeping my eyes on the other side and tried to push his chest.

"Sssshhh!" He whispered and I immediately stopped struggling as I felt his tone visibly dominant.

My breaths turned heavier as he nudged my chin up and stared at my lips.I closed my eyes and he bent down towards my lips,

"Main bhool jata hn sab kuch,agar tum par nazar par jaye,
Kisne kaha tha tumse itna haseen hone k liye,
Kia nhi chahti tum k tumhara mian kaam par jaye!"
He completed his words and bursted into laughters.

After five seconds my brain processed his words and I opened my eyes to scrutinise them at  him.

"Mazak kar raha tha yaar ! Kidding,kidding na !" He laughed more as I hit his bare chest with my palms.

"Aaaah !" Suddenly he kept his palm at his heart and fell straight on the bed.

"Kia hua ?" I felt my eyes getting wet and I sat beside him immediately.

Kahin heart attack tou nhi aa gaya ?

"Kuch nhi!"He shook his head and started laughing again.

He rolled on the bed while laughing and I grabbed a pillow to hit him more hard.

"Acha na ! Mazak kar raha tha yaar ! Aaaoo Nandani!"He rubbed his shoulder after I slapped it balefully.

"Aap aise hi karte hain mere sath hamesha!" I complained while hitting him on his chest and he giggled more.

Seeing him laughing freely a giggle escaped from my mouth too and he pulled me above him.

We rolled together on the bed while laughing and at last my hubby's favourite chummi sealed our giggles.

"Finally ! Like finally you guys are here !" Sunaina spoke dramatically as me and my husband descended down the stairs together.

My one hand was wrapped around his arm and other was carrying my chocolate shopper while his free hand was holding his small carryall.

"Manik ! Have you seen what time is it ?" Cabir bhai spoke while cupping his waist,giving my hubby a look.

"It's 2 Cabir I know ! Bas Nandani ko chachi k ghar chorne k baad airport hi chalenge na ! Don't worry we won't miss our flight." My hubby assured everyone and we moved towards our car.

I sat beside him in his prado and all his friends sat behind us.

My hubby kept stealing my glances but I kept my gaze downcast only to hide my tears.

In no time we reached towards Chachi's home and my hubby pulled off the brakes.

He sighed as he saw a tear falling from my eye landing on my palms which were on my laps holding that plastic bag which had chocolates in it.

My hubby opened my side of door and forwarded his palm.

Another tear fell from my eye and before I could look up at him he hoisted me in his arms.

I turned my face to glance at Bhaiya once who was smiling at us.

"Bye Bhaiya ! *pauses* Bye ! Aap sab apna dhyaan rakhiye ga !" I waved my hand first at Bhaiya and then  at others.

They all nodded with a smile and my hubby started walking towards Chachi's home.

"You promised me that you won't cry! Haan !" My hubby nudged me as I was crying in his neck.

"Meri Nandani tou zubaan ki bohot pakki hai ! Wo tou jo bolti hai wohi karti hai !"My hubby spoke and I pulled my face out from his neck.

"Ofcourse*cries*main nhi ro rahi !"I wiped my tears and he asked me to ring the doorbell.

The door opened, displaying an enthusiastic chachi.

"Hye chachi !" My hubby spoke with a smile and chachi smiled at him.

"Oye Nandani ! Ro Kyon rahi hai ! Main tou itni khush hn k tu yahan mere sath rahegi ek hafta!" Chachi wiped my tears and I flashed a little smile to her.

My hubby walked in the house and made me sit on the chesterfield in the lounge.

"Chachi ! Ye Nandani ki chocolates hain ! Aap bhi khana haan !" He kept that plastic bag beside me while glancing at me and Chachi.

"Teri biwi ka dil chuhe jesa hai wo mughe thori degi apni chocolate!" Chachi pouted and I moved my head vertically.

"Nhi ! Mera dil chuhe se thora bara hai ! Aap bhi mere sath  chocolates khana!" I spoke in a baby voice while wiping my eyes which were full of tears again.

My hubby chuckled at me.

"Aur ek sath sari mat khana warna phir main kabhi nhi launga tumhare liye !" He held my palms and I nodded while sniffing.

"And you have to take meals on time haan ! No skipping meals !" He showed me his big eyes and I nodded meekly again. 

He bent down and kissed my palms and I closed my eyes as tears started spilling out from them.

"Take care my love !"He kissed my forehead and wiped my tears.

I didn't let him move back and pulled him in a tight hug.

I cried  in his neck and he caressed my hair.

"Main-Kaise-rahungi-apke-bina!Apke-baghair-tou-neend-bhi-nhi-ati-mughe!" I bawled while squeezing his neck with my arms and digging my face deeper in his neck. 

"Sshhh ! Meri jaan !" He kissed my cheek in the hug and I felt his voice getting shaky.

He broke the hug forcefully and stood up from the floor without glancing at me.

"Chachi! Main chalta hn ! Meri amanat apke paas chor kar ja raha hn ! Iska khyaal rakhiye ga !"He spoke without sparing me a glance and turned towards the door.

"Manik!"I cried and he stopped in his tracks but didn't turn.

I ran towards him and clutched his blazer in my palms while laying my head on his back. 

"Na..jayein..mughe...chor...kar!" I cried while fisting his blazer tightly in my palms and I heard a little sob from his side.

Without turning he made me leave his blazer forcefully and walked out of the house shutting the door behind him.

"Maaanikk!"I fell on the floor while palming my face and Chachi ran towards me to pull me in a hug.

Pta nhi Kyon mughe inke sath rehna hai ! Sirf inke sath !

I wiped my teary eyes and wore my shades.

I sat in my car and started the engine.

Glancing last at Chachi's house I sighed and started my car.

This was the first time when I'll be living far without her !

"Na jayein mughe chor kar !" Her cries echoed in my mind and a tear unknowingly fell from my eyes.

I stopped the car with a screech and ran a hand through my hair.

"Chal Shahid lagata hai 5000 ki shart!" Cabir spoke while munching on his potato chips.

"Theek hai ! Par kis baat k liye ?" Despite of being confused Shahid accepted.

Before Cabir could answer him Sunaina  spoke excitedly.

"5000 mere bhi !" She spoke happily and nudged Rahul too to play the bet.

"Ok ! 5000 from my side too !" Rahul spoke and raised his brows asking Cabir about the bet.

Before Cabir could answer I shook my head while sighing and spoke,

"Guys Nandani is coming with us ! I'll sort out something for her being aloof in hotel but main use sath le kar hi jaonga!" I declared and took the u-turn.

"Dekha ! I won ! Chlo nikalo sab paise!" Cabir spoke cheekily while they all gawked at him.

"Oye ! Cheater ! Even we knew that Manik will take Nandani with him ! Ziada  smart mat ban ! Kutta kahin ka !" Sunaina snapped at him.She spoke last three words in her breath but unfortunately Cabir heard.

"Main kutta tou tu Kia aasmaan se utri hui pari hai ! Tu kutte ki Nani hai nani!"Cabir yelled and Sunaina snatched his chips angrily.

The banter started but I didn't pay any attention to them.

Reaching at Chachi's house I stepped and ran towards my life.

I took off my shades and kept my finger on the doorbell,pressing it frantically.

My smile got more wider with the passing time.

"Arey kon mar...." Chachi's words stopped in middle as she found me on the door.

"Manik tum ! Arey Dekh Nandani kaun aya hai !" Chachi looked at me with shock and then yelled happily.

"Mughe pta hai chachi apki kaam wali bai ayi hogi! Mughe nhi milna us-se!" I heard my wife's sniffs but her word made my eyes wide.

I licked my lips being embarrassed while trying to ignore Chachi who was controlling her laughter.

Chachi moved aside while palming her mouth and then ran towards the kitchen while laughing loudly.

Poora khandaan hi sirphira hai !

"Manik ki jaan !" I just whispered and my wife who was currently eating galaxy from one hand and snickers from other hand amidst her loud sobs,  raised her lashes at me.

Both chocolates fell from her hand as she tried to decipher that if it was her dream or reality?

"Aa rahi ho mere sath ?" I opened my arms and smiled.

Another tear fell from her eye and she ran towards me while crying loudly.

She climbed on me and I wrapped my arms tightly around her waist.

"Mera meetha meetha bacha!" I chuckled with my teary eyes while kissing her neck deeply and she cried more.

"Aap bilkul bhi ache nhi hain ! Aapse bura tou aaj tak maine koi dekha hi nhi hai !" She cried while hugging me more tightly and I smiled.

"Tou theek hai main bohot bura hn na! Fine you stay here I'm going !" I broke the hug and turned when she fisted my blazer in her tiny palms and kept her head at my back.

She cried loudly and I sighed.

"Agar tum ro gi tou phir nhi le jaonga tumhe ! Chup ! Bilkul chup !" I turned and scolded her lovingly.

She sniffed and I pulled her in my chest.

"Chachi we are going ! Le ja raha hn main apni Nandani ko apne sath ! Wish us for our honeymoon!" I yelled and my wife buried her face deeper in my chest.

A smile etched my lips as I felt her smiling shyly against my heart.

"Ready for honeymoon!" I whispered in her ear and she hugged me tightly making me laugh.

We fled the house after chachi blessed us.

"Hye everyone !" I yelled happily while sitting on the passenger seat and everyone laughed while waving at me.

My hubby smile while buckling his belt and then gestured me too,to tie my belt.

I nodded negatively at him and sat on my seat on my knees ,facing everyone behind.

"Nandani ! Chips !" Sunaina passed me the packet of French cheese Lays and I took it happily.

Cabir bhai tried to snatch chips but Sunaina pulled it back to her chest instantly.

I giggled loudly and my hubby spoke,

"Nandani ! Sit properly.Gir jaogi Meri jaan !"

"Nhi girungi na !"I pouted at him and he shook his head helplessly.

"Bhaiya ! Hum wahan ghumne jayenge aur pani puri khayenge,aur teekhi teekhi pav bhaji khayenge,aur khatti masaledar chaat khayenge,aur gola ....." Before my mouth water could spew down from my lips Bhaiya stopped me while laughing,

"Haan ! Hagemaru sab khayenge!" Bhaiya spoke and I nodded enthusiastically.

"Ban gaya mera honeymoon!" My hubby muttered in his breath but I heard.

Shrugging him I turned to talk to Cabir bhai.

"Aur Nandani ! Tumhare ye kese hain ! Matlab khyaal rakhta haina tumhara Manik !" Cabir bhai spoke while eyeing my hubby who glared at him through the rear view mirror.
