Fifteen minutes later...

"Goochie goochie goo!" Gohan said in a playful voice, chuckling while he tried to make baby Trunks laugh.

Luna giggled, joining in as Trunks cooed happily, laughing as both of them made silly faces. Gohan pulled at his cheeks, sticking out his tongue and making a funny noise while Luna crossed her eyes, using her hands to make antlers on her head while laughing lightly herself. Trunks clapped his little hands together, enjoying the show as everyone smiled at them.

"Haha, hey Krillin! Let's see you try making the kid laugh!" Gohan suggested, everyone watching in amusement as Krillin walked in front of Bulma and Trunks.

"Alright... So... You new in town or what?" Krillin said seriously, tilting his head to the side as he raised an eyebrow at the baby. Trunks just kept laughing, clapping his hands again as Krillin smirked before crossing his arms.

"Yep... I crack myself up too kid."

Everyone started laughing, including Luna who was too busy doing just that to notice Trunks reaching out and grabbing a fist full of her hair. The little baby tugged harshly, surprising her as she let out an annoyed huff before narrowing her eyes instinctively.

"Ow... Ow... Ow!" Luna whined, glaring at the baby who was giggling happily as everyone watched in amusement. Bulma just laughed along with everyone else as Trunks refused to let go, pulling on Luna's hair as she gave up, standing next to her blue haired friend with an irritated look on her face.

"I swear Trunks, when you grow up... I'm going to get you back for this..." Luna hissed under her breath, glaring at the baby next to her who just squealed happily, yanking her purple locks viciously before finally letting go. Luna sighed in relief, jumping back immediately as she landed next to Piccolo, rubbing the side of her head while pouting as everyone laughed.

Piccolo raised a brow at her, smirking in amusement as she glared back, daring him to say anything. He opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out as a flash of energy sparked across his mind.

"Quiet you guys!" He shouted, interrupting everyone's laughter as all of them grew silent. "Someone's coming..."

"H-hey... You think it's them?" Gohan asked nervously as Krillin sighed.

"I can't tell yet..."

Yajirobe leaned out the window of his car, frowning as he approached the cliff where all the Z Fighters were standing.

"Yep, they're all right here..." He said to himself, flying his car over the rocks as he came in for a landing. "Just like Korin said..."

"Hey Yajirobe, are you uh, alright?" Goku mumbled, watching in confusion as the fat samurai jumped out of the vehicle. "You came to help us fight the androids!" He said excitedly, smiling at the man as he frowned back quickly.

"No way!" He shouted, pulling a small bag out of his pocket before handing it to the Saiyan. "I just brought these senzu beans from Korin..."

"Aw, thanks a lot!" Goku said, happily taking the bag from him as he stared at it with wonder. "And give my best to Korin-"

"Yeah, yeah... Whatever..." Yajirobe mumbled, cutting the man off as he turned around to leave. "I'm outta here..."

"Hey... Are you sure you don't want to stay and help us out?" Goku asked again, hoping he might change his mind as everyone waited to hear his answer.

The chubby fighter hopped in his car, turning around to stare at them all seriously for a moment before replying. "If you guys want to stay here and get yourselves killed, that's your own business... But I'm taking off while I still can..." Yajirobe started up the engine, leaving all of them in the dust as he flew away quickly, speeding towards the horizon.

Well, at least he brought us the senzu beans... Luna thought, a small frown on her face as she wondered how someone could just leave their friends when they needed them most. I guess it's his decision to make...

"Don't you think it's a bit strange?" Tien said suddenly, all of them looking his way as he went on. "It's already after ten o'clock and there isn't a single sign of those androids..."

"Yeah..." Gohan said, his eyes widening a bit as he remembered the prediction. "I forgot all about the time..."

All of them looked towards the city below, standing there in silence before Yamcha spoke up. "I can't believe I actually listened to that kid..." He said in frustration, putting his hands on his hips while thinking about all the time he wasted training. "Androids... That's a good one!"

"You should stay prepared..." Luna warned, looking at him seriously as he just laughed while walking over to Bulma.

"Don't be so literal you guys..." Bulma added while glancing at her watch, "It's only ten seventeen... I wouldn't jump the gun just yet."

"Excuse me, but I think we would have sensed their power levels by now..." Yamcha said cockily, raising an eyebrow at her before continuing. "Sorry to disappoint you Bulma, but those androids just aren't coming..." He finished, smirking down at her before an explosion in the distance shocked them all.

"Woah, what was that?!" Luna asked out loud, all of them staring towards the sky as they saw something falling through the smoke.

"It's Yajirobe!" Krillin shouted, spotting his car as it sailed towards the ocean before hitting the water with a splash.

Piccolo growled, his eyes going wide as he noticed something floating next to where the explosion had happened. "You guys! It's the androids!" He rasped, all of them following his line of sight to the two people hovering above them. "Up there, I see them!"

Luna gasped, along with everyone else as they all watched while both figures descended quickly, disappearing into the maze of buildings and roads below.

"They flew into the city!" Tien said, stating the obvious as Yamcha ran up next to him, both of them scanning the streets for any sign of trouble.

"But where did they go?" Luna questioned, floating over to both of them as she had a bad feeling about the fact that she couldn't sense either of them.

"I don't know... Did you see them?" Krillin asked, glancing up at Goku.

"I'm not sure..." The Saiyan said hesitantly. "One second they were up in the sky, and then, poof! They just vanished..." Goku mumbled in frustration, his tone unreadable as he frowned while clenching his fists in front of him. "I didn't even sense their power levels!"

"Well... They're both androids... Aren't they?" Gohan said suddenly, putting the pieces together as he frowned, wondering why he hadn't thought of this sooner. "So maybe we can't!"

Luna's eyes went wide as Yamcha shook his head, looking back at all of them in shock. "Th-That's crazy!"

"But... How are we supposed to find these androids if we can't even sense where they are?" Luna asked quietly, playing with her hair nervously as everyone remained silent.

"Oh man..." Krillin mumbled, looking around at his friends with worry.

"Well, if we can't sense their power levels, then we'll just have to find them the old fashioned way... With our eyes." Piccolo growled, not believing he actually had to explain this to all of them.

"Oh, yes... Hehe... That's make sense..." Luna added, scratching her cheek nervously as she glanced up at him.

"Right!" Goku agreed, taking charge of the situation as he made a plan in his head. "Let's spread out you guys! Bulma! Look after these..." He added, tossing the bag of senzu beans towards her as she caught it. "Now remember, if you find the androids, don't try to take them on by yourself! Wait for the others... Gohan, go check on Yajirobe... See if he's okay..." He finished, glancing down at his son before watching as he nodded.

"Right."

"Rrgh..." Piccolo growled, tired of waiting. "Let's go!" He shouted, jumping forward as everyone else followed his lead.

Bulma just stood there, holding Trunks and the bag of senzu beans in her arms as both of them watched all of their friends fly off with similar expressions of shock.

Good luck guys... Bulma thought, smirking as she hugged Trunks tighter, knowing they would all be alright...

Meanwhile, in the city below...

...

"Now then, if I were an android... Where would I be?" Goku mumbled, standing on a tall rooftop while scanning the streets below. His friends doing the same thing all over the city. "Man I wish Trunks would have at least shown me a picture of them!"

Everyone had spread out, each of them choosing a small section of the island to search as Luna hovered over her part, quickly descending and landing on a nearby building. No one seemed to noticed her as she glanced at the people walking below her, all them going about their daily lives, completely unaware of the potential danger close by...

Luna frowned as she concentrated on her search, deciding to get a closer look as she jumped down in a back alleyway before walking around towards the more crowded main street.

"Woah... This is amazing..." Luna mumbled, getting distracted as she looked at all the different shops and things going on. She wasn't really watching where she was going as she almost walked out into the street before someone tugged her back.

"Huh? Oh! Hey Piccolo!" Luna said happily, looking up at his irritated face as he let go of the back of her dress. "What are you doing here?"

"Making sure you don't become roadkill..." He explained with a sigh, raising a brow at her before looking around at all the people who were now staring at them both. "Stick to the rooftops for now... And flare your ki if you find anything!" He ordered, watching as she nodded before smiling up at him before both of them jumped away quickly, leaving the people around them staring after them in shock.

Not too far away, Yamcha ran down the streets, cutting through an alleyway as he looked for anything out of the ordinary. "This is nuts! I don't even know what I'm looking for here!" He said, cursing to himself as he kept going.

...

A few blocks away...

...

"Did you see that?! I doubt anyone would have survived it..." A man with short blonde hair said, frowning as he looked in the direction of where Yajirobe's car had crashed. "Man... That sky car blew up! That was some awesome explosion..." The man went on, glancing at his friend before turning around to see two people walking near them. "Did you guys see that?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at the strange pair that were now staring back at him.

Both of them were dressed rather strangely, each of them wearing somewhat similar outfits consisting of yellows, browns and whites as well as the emblem for the Red Ribbon Army. The taller of the two, an elderly looking man with long white hair glanced over at the two Earthlings, remaining silent as he decided to let his comrade handle these pests.

"Eh, what's up with you two?" The blonde man asked, his eyes widening a bit as the shorter, fatter man stepped closer. "Hey, back up." He said seriously, gasping in surprise as he watched the strange looking man's eyes flash red for a moment.

"Huh?! What the- AGH!"

Android 19 headbutted the man in front of him suddenly, sending him flying back as his dark haired friend stood there in shock. The cyborg actually giggled, grinning evilly before glancing at the other human as he punched him square in the face, sending him sailing towards the wall of a nearby building. His body crashed to the ground with a thump as Android 20 smirked, enjoying the fun they were having before someone started honking their horn at him.

"Hey! Get outta the road!" The man inside the car shouted, shaking his fist at the old man who was standing in the way. "Yeah, that means YOU, you circus freak!" He went on, continuing his rant when he didn't respond. "What? Are you stupid or something? Move it or lose it pal! I'm not kidding around now!"

Android 20 walked closer to the car, his face remaining emotionless as he raised one hand in the air, looking at the older man driving the vehicle before plunging his arm into the hood. The man inside jumped in shock, panicking as he hit the gas pedal, trying to get away.

"Go, go! Ugh, start!" He stammered, twisting the key in the ignition as he looked up towards the windshield for a moment as his heart nearly stopped.The strange white haired man was standing there calmly, holding his car's engine in one hand as it dripped oil all over the road, a large puddle of it gathering at his feet as he continued to stare.

The old man in the car shrank back, trying to get his seat belt off as Android 20 dropped the engine, walking over to the car before grabbing the man by his throat in one swift motion. Before he could react, he pulled the man up through the roof of his own car, knocking his glasses off as the top of his head began to bleed as well. Android 20 began closing his fist, smirking in amusement as the man in his grasp began to scream in agony. A nearby woman with pink hair dropped her grocery bag, finally seeing what was going on as she screamed...

Luna's ears perked up, one of them twitching a bit as she glanced in the direction of the sound. "It came from over there..." She mumbled, looking to her left as she realized it was pretty close. Luna sighed, her eyes narrowing in determination as she jumped down from the roof she was standing on, dashing through the maze of streets as she headed towards the unknown.

"I am detecting a human with extraordinary power... What do you sensors indicate nineteen?" Android 20 said, dropping the man in his grasp before turning around and walking away, watching in amusement as a few other weak humans fled in terror...

"It is close... Coming closer..." Android 19 replied, "Perhaps the one we seek..."

"Perhaps... This one far surpasses the average human..."

"We will destroy it, yes twenty?" 19 said with a smile, both of them waiting patiently for the energy source that was quickly approaching...

Luna gasped, coming around the corner quickly as she took in the gruesome scene before her. A few bodies were laid in the street, resting at awkward angles while surrounded by pools of blood... Luna looked away for a moment, her heart beating faster as she began to hyperventilate.

Focus... Calm down... She told herself, continuing to look around for any survivors. So far, nothing...

A hand on her shoulder made her gasp as she jumped up in the air, spinning around to see Yamcha staring back at her with wide eyes. "Sorry! I didn't mean to scare you!" He said quickly, holding his hands up defensively as he watched her float back down to the ground with an irritated expression on her face.

"I-It's okay..." Luna sighed, finally calming her racing heart down as she looked at him seriously. "I'm glad it's just you and not somebody else..." She admitted, looking around sadly. "It looks like we were too late to help these people..."

Yamcha and Luna looked around a bit more, trying to find some clue as to where whoever had done this had gone... Both of them completely unaware of the two androids floating above them, observing their actions.

"This is not the human we seek..." 19 said, looking down at both of them as his eyes flashed red. "I will identify them..."

Android 19's eyes locked onto the two fighters, snapping a close up picture of both of them as he compared it to his internal data banks. A list of stats popped up next to Yamcha's name as 19 read over them briefly.

"Human is designated male, warrior, sub class B, identified as 'Yamcha'..."

"Excellent... He will provide us with ample energy..." 20 stated, glancing at the purple haired woman standing next to the fighter. "And what information do we have about her?"

Android 19 paused, frowning for a moment as an error message popped up in front of Luna's picture. "Subject unknown..."

"Hmm..."

"We should go tell everyone else what we saw..." Luna said, walking towards the middle of the street as she sighed. "They've got to be somewhere around here..."

"What's the point of telling the others? We haven't found them yet..." Yamcha commented, about to say something else when he noticed two people standing behind Luna. "Hey, you two better be careful!" He called, the purple haired girl turning around quickly to see who he was talking to. "There's a couple of androids on the loose and they mean business!"

Luna frowned, not liking the coldness in these stranger's eyes as she took a step back, her eyes widening a bit as the fatter man took a step forward in response. Before she had time to react, he had reached out, grabbing her wrist quickly as his fingers closed tightly around her arm.

"H-Hey! Let me go!" Luna stammered, struggling to free herself as she yanked and twisted her arm unsuccessfully. She began to panic and his grip got tighter, slamming her other fist against the man's fingers in an attempt to get him to release her as the taller man walked closer.

"I FOUND THEM!" Yamcha shouted, jumping forward with a yell as he kicked the fat android right in the gut, grabbing onto Luna and pushing her behind him.

Luna grabbed her wrist, noticing that a dark purple mark was already starting to show. He... He could have snapped my arm right off... It happened so fast... She thought, rubbing her arm before jumping back as she heard Yamcha gasp. She looked up, seeing her friend being held up by his face as he struggled to get away, the white haired man in front of him covering his mouth with his hand so he couldn't scream.

A huge truck that was heading straight for them honked it's horn, swerving at the last second and missing them all by inches as it crashed into a gas station. A fiery mass of flames and debris littered the area as clouds of smoke rose into the sky, Luna watching in horror as Android 20 lifted one hand, smirking at the fighter in his grasp before stabbing his arm through his chest.
