"Daddy!" Gohan cheered, running forward before Luna grabbed the back of his shirt, quickly stopping him.

"Who are you?!" She shouted, surprising the young boy as Vegeta glared at the man in question as well.

"Wha- What are you talking about?" Gohan mumbled, struggling to get free from her grasp. "That's my dad!"

"No... No, it's not..." Luna said lowly, recognizing the evil glare in Goku's eyes. "It's Captain Ginyu!"

"What?! No way!"

"I guess the rumors are true..." Vegeta stated, walking up next to them as the man in the orange gi laughed wickedly.

"Dad! Dad, snap out of it!" Gohan tried, pleading with his father as he only laughed. "Give him back his body!"

"Oh, I don't know... I've grown quite accustomed to this new level of power..." Ginyu taunted, placing a hand under his chin as he glared at the three fighters. "Now, where are my dragonballs?"

"You can't have them!" Luna argued, clenching her fists as she stepped forward. "What did you do to Goku?!"

"I wouldn't worry about him right now..." Ginyu chuckled, adjusting the scouter on the side of his face. "I'd be far more concerned about what's going to happen to you..."

...

Meanwhile, with Krillin...

...

"Gotta hurry... There's not much time..." Krillin mumbled to himself, flying as fast as he could. "I just hope Gohan and Luna will be alright with Vegeta back there... And then there's Frieza..." He thought, awful images filling his mind as he shook his head. "If he ever discovered that I was out here by myself, then I would be a goner for sure... I can't waste a second getting to Guru's-"

The bald fighter stopped suddenly, sensing another energy coming his way as he frowned. I've got a feeling I'm not alone...

Just then, he saw someone flying past him not too far away as he recognized the familiar ki. "Wait a second... That's Dende! Hey!"

The Namekian child jumped, his eyes going wide as he looked over his shoulder. "Krillin!" He said happily, blasting towards his friend as he thanked Kami it wasn't one of Frieza's men.

"What a relief!" They said in unison, pausing for a moment before laughing.

"Come on Dende! The others are waiting for us to summon the dragon... We have to hurry!" Krillin said seriously, both of them taking off in the direction of where Goku and the others were.

Back at Frieza's ship...

...

Luna and Vegeta were going toe to toe with Ginyu, both of them dodging punches and kicks while trying to land their own attacks. Gohan could only hover behind Luna, still in shock that his father could have actually lost his body.

"What now..." Vegeta mumbled, getting everyone's attention as he sensed someone else approaching.

What appeared to be the leader of the Ginyu Force landed unsteadily in the grass, looking up towards the fighters currently battling his body. "Y-your trick won't work Ginyu..." Goku panted, holding his hand to his chest as he covered up a rather large wound that was still bleeding.

"Well, well... Look what the cat dragged in..." Ginyu laughed, looking down at his old body with a smirk. "I must say, you are one tough customer..."

"Gohan! Luna! Listen to me!" Goku shouted, staring up at the two of them as they watched him in shock. "Be careful! Captain Ginyu has taken over my body!"

"N-no... I- I can't bear to see you this way daddy..." Gohan stuttered, his heart breaking as he watched his father suffering in their enemies body. "Th-this can't be happening..."

"Be brave Gohan! And listen very carefully! You must defeat him right away! Trust me, I know you can do it!"

"What?! Are you out of your mind?!" Vegeta scoffed, knowing already that this battle would be tough without Kakarot giving advice from the sidelines.

"Heh heh heh heh, I gotta agree with Vegeta! I estimate my new body and strength at 190,000! No one will stand a chance! Hahahahaha!"

"That's... What... You think Captain Cocky!" Goku gasped, struggling to stay conscious as he tried to reassure his son and his friends. "I understand that body a whole lot better than you ever will! A-and you'll never get maximum strength... Without knowing the secret of uniting body and soul!"

"Hmmmhmhmhmmm... Oh bravo indeed... That was quite the impressive speech! But the first rule is never kid a kidder!" Ginyu chuckled as he began to power up, causing Gohan and Luna to jump back.

A golden aura began to surround Goku's body as he shouted, pushing his powers to limit as he attempted to prove the man wrong. A few moments later, it didn't seem like much had changed as everyone continued to watch in confusion.

"Congratulations Ginyu..." Vegeta said sarcastically, glaring at the man in Kakarot's body. "You're almost on par with Dodoria and Zarbon... Looks like you should have picked someone else to leech off of!"

"Wh-what!? Impossible!"

"You still don't get it, do you Ginyu?" Goku shouted, falling to his knees as Luna flew down next to him. "Unless you know how to use your mind and your body as one together, you'll only get weaker and weaker... Vegeta! Gohan! Now's the time to take him out!"

Vegeta smirked, not having to be told twice as he blasted forward, closing both of his hands into a fist as he slammed them into Ginyu's back.

"You little-"

Luna watched as Vegeta pummeled Goku's body with hit after hit, apparently much stronger than the Captain claimed to be. A cough from beside her, startled her for a moment before she leaned down and placed her hands on the chest of the body the real Goku was trapped in.

"Hang on Goku, we'll get you your body back!"

"Heh, th-thank you..."

Another kick from Vegeta sent Ginyu flying as he rocketed towards where Gohan was hovering, coming in fast.

"Get him! What are you waiting for?!" Vegeta shouted, watching as the boy seemed to be frozen.

"But... It- It's my dad!"

Captain Ginyu smirked, taking the opportunity to backhand the small boy, sending him flying as Luna growled.

"Help- Help my son!" Goku stammered, staring at her as she nodded.

"Hey! Why don't you pick on somebody your own size!" She shouted, blasting towards Ginyu as she delivered a harsh punch to the side of his head, completely destroying the scouter he was wearing. Another kick sent him sailing back towards Vegeta who wasted no time in attacking.

"Gohan! Gohan, are you alright?" Luna said worriedly, flying over to where the small boy had landed. "What's wrong Gohan?"

"I... I just can't hit him Luna... Because he looks exactly like my father!"

"I know what you mean... It is hard to fight this guy when he's inside your dad's body..." She said before sighing, realizing she had to convince him to fight. "But get it through your head Gohan, this is not your father! Understand?"

"O-okay... I think I'm ready..."

Luna smiled, giving him a quick squeeze on the shoulder before they both powered up, flying over to join Vegeta in his fight. 

Ginyu dodged a large ki attack from the Saiyan Prince as he rocketed away, not noticing that Luna and Gohan had cut off his path for escape.

"Going somewhere?" Luna questioned, punching him in the stomach as his eyes went wide. Gohan joined in quickly, both of them moving so fast their limbs were beginning to blur as they knocked the leader of the Ginyu Force around like a rag doll. They seemed to have the upper hand before a surprise headbutt from Ginyu sent Luna spinning back.

"Luna!" Gohan shouted, looking away for a second as Ginyu saw his opportunity.

"HAAA!" He screamed, sending a huge beam of energy towards the boy as he watched with a smirk as his attack connected. When the smoke cleared, Gohan was still floating there, his arms crossed in front of his body as he glared down at the shocked face of Captain Ginyu. 

"You can't fool me anymore!"

"Wh-what's going on?! I should have plenty of strength in this body... I... I just don't understand!"

"Didn't you hear what Goku said?" Luna laughed, smirking as Ginyu sent her a murderous glare. "You have to use your mind and your body... Now that you understand, how about surrendering?"

"Su-surrender? A captain of the Ginyu Force surrender?! Rghh... SURRENDER THIS!"

A massive blast of energy rocketed towards Luna and Gohan as both of them stood there wide eyed. 

Th-this power... Oh no! Luna thought, throwing Gohan behind her as the beam was almost on top of them. How did he-

A body materialized in front of her, smacking the beam back towards it's owner as it collided with a deafening roar. Captain Ginyu screamed in pain as he smashed through a mountain in the distance, leaving Luna blinking in surprise while wondering what just happened.

"Heh, sorry about that Ginyu... Super Saiyans tend to be a bit violent..." Vegeta laughed clenching his fist as he watched his enemy pull himself out of the rubble while looking completely enraged.

"What?! You're no Super Saiyan!"

"You question me? You body snatcher! Huh?! Well... I guess I'll just show you then..." Vegeta finished with a grin, instantly appearing in front of Ginyu and taking him by surprise. He landed one solid punch to Kakarot's stomach, knocking the wind out of him before appearing behind him, smashing him in the back with his fists and sending him sailing towards the ground.

Luna, Gohan and Goku watched in shock as Goku's body slammed into the dirt, creating a huge crater as Vegeta laughed overhead.

"The winner!" He shouted arrogantly, blasting forward to deliver the final blow.

Goku watched in horror as Ginyu's eyes opened, smirking for a moment before powering up his attack. "Wha... H-He's changing!" He tried to warn the Saiyan who was playing right into his trap...

"CHAAAANGE NOOOOOW!" Ginyu roared as a golden beam shot towards Vegeta's oncoming form.

"Oh no! I gotta cut off Vegeta fast!" Goku panicked, using everything he had left in him to make it in time. "Vegeta! Look out!"

Just as the beam was about to hit the Saiyan Prince, Goku dove in between them both, taking the full impact with Ginyu's body as the change began to take place. Both fighters shouted as their souls switched bodies once again, the intense light beginning to fade as both men looked a bit disoriented.

"Rrghhh... What's this? My own body?!" Ginyu growled, placing a hand to his chest where he had wounded himself earlier. "You!"

"Ugh, heh... heh heh..." Goku struggled to laugh. He was in a massive amount of pain but happy to be back to normal. "Yup... I- I did it... I got my body back..."

Ginyu hissed in pain, the wound on his chest starting to become unbearable. "I have to find another body... V-vegeta... I must finish the transfer..." He whispered to himself, glaring up at the Saiyan as he got an idea. "Come here hot shot! I want a piece of you!" He taunted, holding his arms out at his sides. 

"Unless you're scared... Worthless Saiyan garbage!"

Vegeta sent him a murderous glare, blasting straight for the man without thinking about the consequences.

"Vegeta, no!" Luna shouted, unable to do anything as her and Gohan watched from a few feet away.

"Th-this better work..." Goku mumbled, grabbing a frog that was sitting next to him as he threw it between the two fighters.

"CHAAAANGE NOOOOOOOOW!"

A golden light lit up the battlefield as Luna shut her eyes for a moment, hoping by some miracle Ginyu's attack had failed. When she opened them, to say she was surprised by what she saw would be an understatement. Ginyu was on the ground... On all fours... Hopping around like a frog...

"Ribbit! Ribbit! Ribbit!"

"What the... What happened?" She questioned, glancing back and forth between Goku and Vegeta as Gohan rushed to his father's side.

"I... I don't believe this..." Vegeta mumbled, unsure of what exactly had happened himself.

"Heh, I- I can't believe it worked..." Goku chuckled, coughing weakly as Luna rushed over to where Gohan was kneeling.

"Goku! Are you okay?" She said worriedly, her hands lighting up with a familiar blue glow as she began the healing process.

"I guess that takes care of Ginyu..." Goku said, grimacing in pain as he looked towards Vegeta. "Just don't forget Vegeta, you owe me a big one..."

"Right... Well explain this to me Kakarot... What happened back there to Captain Ginyu?"

"Hahahaha... You don't get it, do you Vegeta?" Goku laughed as Luna and Gohan stared at him in confusion, waiting for him to explain as well. "Take a good look at that frog over there and say hello to... Captain Ginyu!"

"What?!"

Everyone glanced over at the tiny frog that was just a few feet away as it looked rather panicked, a few drops of sweat gathering on the side of it's face as it attempted to escape.

"Well... Looks to me like it's frog stomping time..." Vegeta laughed, walking over to the frog as it jumped away as quickly as possible. "Get along little froggie..."

"Get a load of that, would ya?" Goku laughed, watching in amusement as Vegeta continued to terrorize the frog with his footsteps. "I'd say Vegeta finally has someone his own size to pick on..."

"Hmpf... Whatever..." The Saiyan Prince scoffed, putting his hands on his hips as he watched the former leader of the Ginyu Force hop away. "Maybe I'll let him go... It's not like I want to get toad guts all over my nice clean boots..." He finished with a smirk, glancing back at the other three fighters who were all chuckling.

Luna concentrated on healing Goku's injuries as a shadow fell across his form, making her look up in surprise at Vegeta's serious face. "You know, destroying you three weaklings would be like shooting fish in a barrel..." He laughed, getting a small amount of satisfaction out of the surprised looks on their faces.

"You wouldn't..." Gohan said, unsure of whether or not that was actually true.

"Vegeta! You promised!"

"He won't..." Goku rasped, slowly feeling stronger as he glared at the other Saiyan. "Not if he wants to get his wish from the dragonballs..."

"Heh, you know me too well Kakarot... And besides, I may need your Super Saiyan powers to help me take out Frieza... Who's probably already on his way here... You!" He finished, pointing at Gohan before walking away. "Follow me."

"Where are we going?"

"We're going to the space ship!" He answered in irritation, not even bothering to look back as he floated towards the door. "Well? What's taking you so long?" He said, finally turning around to see that the boy hadn't moved.

"It's okay Gohan... Trust him..." Goku said, sending his son a smile. "Right now we aren't Vegeta's enemy... Frieza is."

Gohan nodded, sending Luna and his father one last look before following Vegeta into the ship.

...

Somewhere else on Namek...

...

"Have you reconsidered about the password?" Frieza hissed, staring down at Nail's battered body as he struggled to get up. "All you have to do is give it to me... Now tell me, what could be simpler?" He finished sarcastically, waiting for an answer. "Well...?"

"I'll never tell you..." Nail growled, glaring at the monster in front of him as he watched an evil smirk creep across his face. A slap from Frieza's tail sent him flying as the tyrant landed a kick to his stomach with both of his feet, knocking the wind out of the Namekian as he fought to put the air back in his lungs.

"So you want to play it rough, do you?" He said, springing backwards before losing his patience. "I've had it with you! Now give me that password you fool!"

"N-not a chance..."

Frieza laughed darkly as he watched the Namekian warrior get to his feet again, not looking like he had much fight left in him. "Have you ever heard of the planet Vegeta?"

"N-no..."

"Funny..." Frieza said, an evil smirk creeping across his face. "Because I expect to hear the same from the next person when I ask them about Namek..."

Nail growled, charging towards Frieza with everything he had as the monster simply dodged, reappearing again before backhanding him in the face, sending him crashing into the dirt once more.

"You know, it's not often I dirty my hands with this sort of grunt work..." Frieza mused, chuckling as he stepped closer to the fallen warrior. "There's always a certain amount of satisfaction I get out of doing it myself... Heh, heheheheheheh..." He finished, laughing evilly as he noticing that Nail was holding his face, but laughing as well.

"Ah, it is kind of funny, isn't it..." Frieza chuckled, sure that the Namekian had finally lost his mind or perhaps, accepted his fate.

"Hah hah hah hah... I'm laughing at something else actually..."

"Hehheheheh... What?"

"The Earthlings have the password."

"...What."

"Remember the little Namekian you passed on the way to Guru's? Heh... On his way to the humans with the password... By now, he's probably already there and they're about to summon the dragon..."

Frieza was literally shaking with rage, not wanting to believe what he was saying... But somehow, he knew it was true. He had passed Dende on his way there and thought nothing of it... It was a mere child, what could he have done to foil his plans? 

No... No... THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING! Frieza thought, slowly seeing red as Nail continued to laugh.

"Yeah, if I had to guess your biggest mistake it would be not stopping him... That or the purple lipstick-"

"I WILL FUCKING MURDER YOU!"

"Whatever."

Without another word, Frieza took off, flying as fast as he could towards his ship. "Why aren't the Ginyu's showing up?!" He shouted, trying to locate them with his scouter but having no luck. His eyes went wide as the realization hit him. 

"Oh, they're dead....... WHY ARE THEY DEAD?!"

Back with Luna, Gohan, Vegeta and Goku...

...

"Hey Dad! Luna! Check it out!" Gohan shouted happily, running towards them sporting some new armor. "Look what Vegeta gave me!"

"Oh wow, looking good!" Goku said as Luna nodded, noticing that Vegeta seemed to be wearing a new suit as well.

"I'll bet you almost anything Mom and Piccolo would be surprised to see me wearing a Saiyan uniform..." Gohan admitted, checking out his reflection in a nearby puddle. "I really feel indestructible in this... Super Gohan!" He finished, raising a fist in the air as he practiced some punches and kicks. 

"Get ready to meet the universe's most powerful Saiyan good guy!"

Luna giggled, enjoying watching the boy have some fun as Vegeta walked over to where she was kneeling, carrying what seemed to be another Saiyan chest piece.

"How much longer until he's healed?" Vegeta asked glaring at the Saiyan who currently had his eyes closed. It looked like he was taking a nap. Vegeta frowned, knowing it had been far too long since he had the opportunity to rest...

"He had some pretty bad injuries..." Luna answered, refocusing on his right arm as she wiped a bead of sweat from her forehead. "But he should be good as new in a little while... Hey... Are you alright Vegeta?" She asked, noticing that he seemed to be having some trouble keeping his eyes open.

"Ugh, what? Yes, I'm fine! Just worry about getting Kakarot back to full strength!" He snapped, sending her a glare as he tossed the extra piece of armor on the ground next to them. "Here... This is the last piece of armor on the ship I could find... Make that idiot put it on when he wakes up..."

"I'm just resting my eyes!" Goku said, raising a hand to wave at Vegeta before glancing at the purple haired girl next to him. "Besides, I think you should wear it Luna... I mean, you're our only healer and we can't have you getting hurt..."

"Really? Are you sure?" Luna said in surprise, "I don't think-"

"Trust me, it's fine..." Goku smiled, happy that she was here in the first place. "Don't worry about me."

"Well, okay... If you insist..." Luna said, still a bit unsure as she paused from her healing duties to pick up the armor that looked identical to Vegeta's. She slipped the chest piece over her head, surprised at how well it fit on top of her tattered kimono. 

At least I don't have to worry about the other shoulder of my dress being blasted off... She thought seriously, thankful she had something else to cover the top section of her body with. I definitely don't need any of my enemies getting a sneak peak...

"So kid, what's taking your bald headed buddy so long with that stupid password?" Vegeta growled, looking at Gohan as the younger Saiyan frowned.

"Just wait... He'll show."

"Heh, he better..." Vegeta grumbled, walking towards the ship while looking completely exhausted. "Now that that's settled, I think I'll take a little nap..."

"You're taking a nap?" Gohan questioned, surprised that Vegeta could sleep at a time like this.

"Well, with you wearing that new armor, I feel real safe... Hehhehhehheh... Safe... Hahahaha..."

Luna shook her head, taking a deep breath while concentrating on her healing as she hoped they would all be back to full strength in time to take on Frieza...
