Spriggan's red hue reflected off of Shu Kurenai's borderline insane red eyes. His shaking breath was the only thing he could hear in the prison cell he called a room in the Snake pit training facility. His posture remained tense as Spriggan broke apart into its three separate pieces from the pressure added to it. Not paying too much mind, he held the disk in his hands letting his mind wander.

It was a blur before his eyes. Seeing Lui's sharp teeth his cackles banging in his ears seeing his bey Longinus. "Finish him would ya?" He asked the creature in front of him, it nodded while charging at him.His breath became erratic shielding himself from the inevitable blow.

Suddenly the image was quickly changed into Free De La Hoya his face as emotionless as ever. His bey Fafnir in front of him ready to strike if he so much as flinches. No words came out of the profound blader. Just an uncomfortable neck turn and the point of his index finger in his direction caused Fafnir to charge at him at full force. The albino just stood there with 100% knowledge that it was all just an illusion made by his mind. But what was to come hit him like a semi-truck.

Once again the image quickly changed into the one person he really didn't want to see or even think about at the moment. His best friend since.. forever. The dark horse Valt Aoi. The scenery changed from mist to a beach and he felt his heart stopped for a split second feeling a tear cascading down his cheek. "I'll beat Lui not only for me, but for you as well. I swear it!" He held Valkyrie its disk facing his friends. Taking Spriggan, he tapped the disk on Valkyrie's like fist bump. "Thank you..." He remembered his brain drawing a blank trying to respond. 'Valt...I'm sorry...I'm so so sorry' He whispered to the memory.

It warped for the last time the scenery changing to a dark murky blue matching the look in Valt's eyes. A knight on its horse started intensely at Shu's with him feeling like his stomach was dropping to the floor. His eyes bored into his, with a few tears cascading down his cheek."Shu why...? Why did you change? You were my best friend and my mentor and now you just change and push me away like I was absolutely nothing. Was there something I said or did? Please tell me. I hate seeing you like this." Valt's voice wavered and his body language telling Shu he's broken and confused. His right hand clenched into a fist after the last sentence. Biting his tongue so he doesn't snap at him and replied "Valt I'm sorry but I can't tell you anything right now, you wouldn't understand yet" He whispered loud enough for the blue haired boy to hear. With a shaking index finger, the horse let out a booming neigh as it charged forward with the knight holding out its spear in his direction. But before he could suffer the coming blow, a scream erupting out of his mouth his breathing erratically as his eyes darted around trying to find out where in the world he was finding out he was in the same dull room. He put his head in his hands trying to dull the thoughts in his head.

The sentences circled through his head turning into a hurricane. 'Shu why...? Why did you change? You were my best friend and my mentor and now you just change and push me away like I was absolutely nothing.' The guilt and insanity ate at him alive the pain felt like blades twisting inside of him at a constant rate. In the dull room a small, broken whisper filled the air. "Please forgive me Valt. I'm sorry"

ALTERNATE ENDING
