Bella sat at home later that night, Ven was watching her twiddle her thumbs uneasily. Cloud was doing something with his bike, Ki was drinking slowly out of a blood bag. Lea was drinking his bourbon, thinking.

"Bella-"

"-Don't, Ven." Bella groans at him. "I wasn't expecting Sora to be there, and I also wasn't expecting Roxas to leave me the way he did."

"He was staked in the stomach, he should've died." Ki stated to them but Lea glares at him. "What?"

"You have to be staked in the heart, dummy." stated Lea rolls his eyes. "Regardless though, I can't believe he let you go."

Bella sighs and stood straight walking off. "Bella...!?"

"Don't worry, I need to be alone for a little while. I'll be back in a bit." Bella stated and began walking off.

Flashback

Bella stared in shock at the boy standing there with a shotgun full stakes aiming at Roxas. Bella then looks over seeing Adela lying on the ground next to another boy with silver-white hair aiming his gun at Roxas too.

"You okay, Bella?"

Bella quickly nods, looking back at Sora. Sora slowly walks to Bella to help her up. Bella looks at Roxas who ripped out the stake and hissed at them. Another was shot into his back and he yells in pain. Bella jumps when he yells, her eyes widen when Sora grabs her arm to lift her up. She stumbled upwards and she was shoved behind him.

Bella watches Sora aim his gun at Roxas again. She looks at the vampire almost worriedly, but she had to cover it up.

"Why are you keeping the girl away from me?" hissed the vampire in question keeping his face vamped out. "I need her!"

"You're not touching her, vampire." The other boy sneered at him with a glare. "And the fact you're not going too touch anybody else while we're here."

Bella takes a deep breath quietly, watching them. Sora looks back seeing her and he smiles.

"You cut your hair, it looks good." Sora complimented to her, making her smile, "and I'm glad you're okay. Aside from the bruise on your neck."

Bella touches her neck tenderly, she smiles and Roxas rips out another stake and rushes towards them tossing Sora away making Bella gasp.

"Bella!"

Roxas grabs her arm biting it deeply making Bella scream in pain; he could feel the energy pouring into him from her. She closes her eyes in pain.

End Flashback

Bella looks down at her arm seeing Roxas' bite mark that didn't quite heal. She touches her arm lightly seeing Kiki ahead of her, standing there.

She stops seeing Kiki watching her. Kiki smirks her way, tilting her head. "I see you finally showed up, Bells..."

"You lied to me, you don't have powers like I do."

"I implied once, you just don't remember it." Kiki shrugs a little bit. "It was a few weeks before Ven came back."

Bella blinks a couple of times wondering what she was saying. Shaking her head, Bella looks at her. "Did you find her?"

"I did, she's in a basement two hundred and sixty three miles north-east from here." Kiki told her with her arms crossed. "I know I helped you, I'm supposed too be the bad woman."

Bella smiles, "You're not all bad." Bella honestly told her.

"Now, I'm going back on the run." Kiki snorts and smirks. "You have my number. Ta-ta!" With that Kiki rushes off. Bella watches her leave, wondering what she could do.

Flashback

After Roxas attacked her, he fled the scene. Sora runs towards Bella and touches her shoulder. She looks at him with pain in her eyes. Ven saw this and ran towards her normal speed. But Sora got his gun ready, but Bella stops him.

"Ven!" Bella calls out getting up and hugs him. Ven held her tightly. She smiles in his shoulder. "I'm so glad you're here..." She whispers to him.

Ven smiles holding her, then he looks at Sora still holding Bella. He holds out his hand.

"Thanks for saving her, I tried to warn her not to come up here but obviously she didn't listen." Ven joked towards him and Sora grins. Grabbing his hand ignoring the pain of something.

"No problem, take good care of her."

End Flashback

After getting home, she looked at Ven as he stood by the fireplace thinking about something. Bella opened her mouth as soon as she stopped walking.

"I heard hissing when you shook Sora's hand." Bella began, touching his shoulder. "Why?"

"Vervain." Ven simply stated towards her, looking towards her seeing her face. "It's very harmful to us vampires." She saw him turn fully towards her. "We heal, but we are very weak towards it. Very inconvenient."

"Seemed like you were-"

"-Not in pain? I was actually." Ven laughs, "but he couldn't see that I'm a vampire." He then stops laughing and stares at her serious. "I heard you up there, by the way. That you didn't want to become a vampire."

Bella sighs. "I love you so much, Ven." Bella begins towards him, looking almost sad. "But I don't want to become one..." Tears begin to form in her eyes. "But I also wanna be with you forever."

Ven smiles at her. "If I show you what it's like, will you change your mind?"

"I'll give it some thought," She nods. "I just don't know if this is what Zack wanted for me..."

"He'd understand, Rose." Cloud said from behind her. She gasps looking back seeing him. "You're in love, he always put your happiness before his own. And he would want you too be happy, Rose."

"But what about you?"

"I'm not gonna become one because of Tifa, I know if I look for the next millennia to find the right one again, she's the one now." Cloud told her, touching her head. "I don't want to spend my life being miserable and constantly a pain. I'm happy where I am now."

Bella's tears begin falling freely, but they weren't from sadness. They were from happiness. Bella hugs Cloud tightly, happy for him. He hugs her back and kisses the top of her head in a sisterly way. She looks up to him, and smiles.

"Thank you, Cloud-Cloud." Bella tells him quietly. "I think I needed to hear that. I just wish he was here..."

"We all do, Bells." Lea told her, walking in with Ki. Bella let's go of Cloud seeing him stand there by Ven. "So, what about now?"

"Will you be one of us now that you have blessings?" Ki asked, almost excited for her answer.

Bella purses her lips, looking to Cloud once more, who nods her way. She smiles, as she begins to speak. "As long as you all help me with it. I'll considerate it. But Ven - you have to show me everything."

Ven chuckles walking up too her, taking her face into his hands gently pecking her forehead. "I will show you everything you wanna see, my Bella."

"Dammit, I was so close!" Roxas shouts loudly tossing his chair against the wall breaking it. "I almost had her!"

"What will you do now, leader?" asked the minion clearly very scared.

"I'm sending in the one person she'll listen too." Roxas smirks as another minion brought out a bright blond hair, blue eyed female wearing a white dress and sandals. "Ready to do this, Naminé?"

"I don't have a choice, do I?"

Roxas chuckles once more rushing towards her, touching her chin with his finger. "Nope. Bring her in, or I kill you right in front of her again."

A/N; Holy crap! TWO updates in two days! I'm on a roll with this one.
