A few hours, Bella finally calm down. She was sitting down by Serah who was holding her hand letting her know she was there for her. Bella sighs sadly, wondering what she can do to make her friends like her again. Now that she was a vampire, she could compel them but - she's not like that.

"Are you feeling better?" questioned Snow with his arms crossed. Bella barely nods to him and stares back down at the floor.

Serah frowns a little more. "Hey, don't worry. I'm sure they'll come around, Bells." Serah explained to her. "They're just a little hurt."

"I wanted to keep this life away from them." Bella confessed to them with tears running down her face. "It was more harder than I realized. I don't know how Zack did it." Her voice was breaking with every word she was saying. "He kept me away from this for so long, and when I met Ven, it changed. The danger, just... everything that came with it. I don't regret it. But - it costed me my friends..."

"In the end Bella, after a few decades." Lea reminded her. "You'll keep making new ones, some people like us."

Bella barely smiles and nods. "I do look forward to that, I do. But - these friends have been there for me since we were in elementary school."

"And we get that." Ki told her with raised hands in defense. "But - sometimes friends like drift apart because of the secrets we keep from them. We keep them safe, yes, but they don't see our point of view."

Before Bella could respond, her phone chimed letting her know she had a text. Blinking she grabbed it and read it.

Is it possible that we can meet up in fifteen minutes? I would love to talk to you again about how you're doing.

Bella looks at Ven as she hands him the phone, he reads it.

"Who is it?" Lea questions quite confused.

Ven replied to him. "It's Sora." Ven sighs. "You'll be fine meeting him, do you want to take someone with you?"

"I'll take Serah, it'll be less suspicious if I take her because she's not a vampire." Bella inquired back with a sigh. "Will you guys stay nearby in-case something happens?"

"As a newborn," Snow started closing his eyes quickly and then he opened them. "You're prone to having more bloodlust, especially around Hunters, I'm sure they told you."

Bella nods. "That's why I want Serah with me, she can keep the craving down from him." Bella explains quickly. "If I can focus on her scent, I won't have to worry about the bloodlust. I hope."

Ki nods. "Doesn't sound like a bad idea, let's try it."

Bella changed into a white tank top, she had a small over top with it that was red covering her necklace, with black jeans and converse. She had her hair up in a half ponytail. She took a deep breath trying to stay in control. When she saw a familiar brunett sitting at the table near the ice cream shoppe, Bella got worried because he was sitting there with his friend, a red-headed female.

"You'll be fine, Bells." Serah assured her linking her arm with hers. "I'm right here, just stay calm and you won't lose control."

"How do you know so much about this?" asked the new vampire, glancing at her.

Serah giggles. "I've been around vampire's my whole life, Lightning does what your friend does. And no -" She assures her. "She doesn't know about you or your friends."

Bella smiles as they continue walking towards them and then they both sit down in front of the boys. "Hey, Sora." Bella says with a smile, trying to be normal. Bella was trying to keep Serah's scent into her nostrils so she didn't lose control.

"Hey, sorry for being early." Sora said hugging her gently. She hugs him back and shakes her head with a smile. "This is Kairi, she's one of my best friends on the island."

"Hi, you must be Bella. Sora kept you quite the secret when you were dating." Kairi said shaking Bella's hand. Bella smiles taking a deep breath quietly.

"Nice to meet you too, Kairi." Bella replied back. "I asked him too so we can avoid a friend battle with one another. I felt like I wanted to be true before we started going public."

"I get that," Kairi smiles. "He's dating another wonderful girl named Aseles, she's beautiful. Much more than you."

Bella's breath hitched her throat almost in anger but Serah touched her arm and looked at Kairi.

"Much better looking than your personality, if we're being honest, Kairi." Serah responds with a smile as Kairi glares at her. "Hi, Sora, I'm Serah. One of Bella's best friends."

"Pleasure to meet you, Serah." Sora smiles at her shaking her head a little bit. "So, how are you feeling after we talked, Bella?"

Bella nods. "Yeah, after talking to you, seeing my Chocobo's and talking with Serah and Snow. I feel a whole lot better." Bella added with a smile. "I wanted to make sure I was in my right mind before I talked to you again. I just hope you didn't mind that I brought my friend."

"Well, Kairi insisted she come with me to meet the famous person I've been talking about." Sora said pointing at Kairi with a curt frown on her face. "So no, I don't mind." Sora laughed at Kairi's face when she glared at him once more. "I'm glad you're feeling much better."

"Thank you for your amazing advice." Bella told him with a grin.

"Would you tell us about your friend, Ven, was it?" Kairi asked her with a tilted head. "I heard from someone that he left town and then he comes back spontaneously, for what?"

"He was out on... some family business, I believe." Bella responds to her truthfully. "He hasn't given me the full details on what he was doing for those months he was gone." Bella adds with a small frown.

Kairi glares at her as they continue talking. Something about Bella didn't sit well with her, and she didn't like it. Kairi grabbed the butter knife and begins playing with it and then the next think Kairi knew, she pricked her finger. "Oops, my bad." Kairi said with a frown.

Bella felt the breeze blow against the blood and Bella took a deep breath trying to keep control over the lust. Closing her eyes, she focuses on Serah's smell only. And when Bella found the vanilla spice smell from Serah and she opens her eyes and frowns.

"Are you okay, Kairi." Bella asked taking her finger and wiped off the blood with the napkin and kept it from bleeding.

Kairi glares at her and rips her hand away. "Yeah, I guess I'm fine." She responds getting up and walking off. Bella looks at Sora who shrugs.

"She has some issues, vampires killed her family."

"Does she know who did it?" Serah asks worriedly with a frown painted on her face once more. Sora shakes his head. "That's just awful."

"I'll talk to her, let's meet up next week without her, yeah?" Bella nods and watches him run off. Bella feels the veins rushing up to her face again as she turns to Ven who runs up to her touching her shoulder.

"Ven..."

"She was onto you, Bella." Ven told her hugging her close. "We should probably avoid that Hunter." Ven pecks her hair as they all nod. "You did an amazing job controlling your hunger, Bella."

Bella smiles. "Can we go, I wanna see if Cloud-Cloud is home."

Everyone chuckles and nods as they all began walking home.
