A few days after Roxas attacked, Bella was on winter break at the house. She was bundled up in a long sleeve white shirt that touched her palms, blue skinny jeans that touched her ankles with white snow boots, she was drinking her hot chocolate she made. She was thinking deeply about being a vampire. Up until a year ago, she didn't know they existed, and she also didn't know that Zack and Cloud hunted them.

Sighing a little bit, trying to get those thoughts out of her head. She missed her Chocobos, but Ven was nice enough to take her too her Chocobos, she missed taking care of them. On the side job other than Aerith's flower shop, she took care of Chocobos. They were her favorite animal, and she loved them.

When she was done with her hot coco, she put it in the sink after rinsing it out and went to grab her thick coat with her fluffy hood, her black gloves and she turned to see Ven standing there waiting to go.

"You ready?"

"Yeah, if it's okay with you, may I bring a couple of more people?" Bella questioned him, making him nod. She smiles and they began walking out to Ven's car. A 2016 Ford Volvo SUV, it was black and it looked very nice. She got into the passenger side and they quickly headed off

After picking up Serah and Snow, they headed off to the Chocobo farm to see her friends. Serah could tell Bella was happy to see them. When they got there, Ven stopped the car, Bella got out of the car quickly and ran off to her Chocobos.

Serah and Snow got out, looking at Ven as he watches Bella go. Serah smiles running to catch up with her.

"Your girls pretty happy being here, isn't she?" questioned Snow, looking at his wife running off behind Bella.

"She missed her Chocobos, pretty much all of these are hers." Ven responded not looking at him either. "Fun little fact, she is a Chocobo breeder. She loves them so much, she actually named a few of them. One of them she really got attached too."

"Which one?" Snow questioned him, staring quickly at Ven.

Ven pointed at one of them. "See that white one over there? His name is Zack after her brother. You know what happened, right?"

Snow nodded a little bit, smiling. "Yeah... She told us, as in me and Serah, what you are but don't worry we won't say anything. It keeps Bella happy and that's what matters right now to us, especially with everything." Snow told him. "She also wanted advice from us with  becoming a vampire..."

Ven was shocked. "I thought she was okay with the thought of becoming one?"

"Not as okay as you think," Snow responded with a sigh. "She's on a rift between wanting to become one or not. I'm surprised she hasn't told you."

"Maybe it's because I kept one important thing from her." Ven sighs a little bit. "It's payback."

"She doesn't see it that way, man." Snow said touching his shoulder. "She told us she doesn't hold resentment against you for it. She understands."

Ven smiles, "Thanks man."

"Which ones yours?" questioned Serah looking at Bella, as she smiles pointing at the rare white one. "Ooh, he's beautiful."

"Yeah, in a way, he's just like my brother." Bella responded. "His name is Zack too, he never got to meet him." Bella sniffs a little bit. She walks up to him, touching his chest with her fingers. Zack began cooing a little bit knowing who it was. "I raised him as he was smaller than the rest, couldn't get the necessary nutrients from his mama. He really grew on me, sadly, he was bullied from the rest from being so different, but - seeing him with me, they finally warmed up about a few weeks ago."

Serah smiles watching Bella pet Zack, Zack looks at Serah, leaning his head down staring at her in the eyes. Serah pats his beak a little bit making him coo much louder.

Bella watches and laughs. "He likes you."

Serah continues to smile, "Do you... Do you ever ride them?"

Bella nods, as Zack leans his neck back towards Bella as she grabbed it and he lifted her up onto his back. Bella gets comfortable on his back and puts her hand out towards Serah. Serah grabs her hand getting back behind Bella.

"They're fun, but some don't like it when you ride them. I've actually broke three of my ribs, broke both collar bones, fractured my elbow, both black eyes and a fractured nose." Bella said listing off her injuries. Serah was shocked as Zack began walking. "Thanks to Ven's blood, I healed quickly though."

"I can tell," Serah responded, but Zack stops looking around feeling very worried as he heard a sound. Bella stops speaking, looking at him trying to make out the sound. "Is everything okay?"

Bella puts her finger to her mouth, quietly shushing Serah, trying to hear the sound as well. Zack coos loudly, letting his brethren know something was amiss and to head back to the stable and Zack began running. Bella yelps and Serah and her fall off the Chocobo. Bella looks around seeing Zack and the others gone.

Bella turns around seeing something in the distance, coming towards them quickly. Gasping, she turns to Serah.

"We need to run, now!" Bella warns her friend, Serah gets up and nods as they both run off quickly. "Wolves in the distance, they come and try to eat my Chocobo, but they know not to go near the barns. Zack and Cloud set them up to where wild animals flee."

Serah nods, but Bella yelps feeling some wolf bite her in the leg.

"Bella!"

"Keep going, Serah!" Bella whimpers loudly trying to pry the wolf off of her. The wolf behind him went after Serah. "Ven!"

Ven hears her call for help, then smells her blood. Veins appeared on his face rushes towards seeing the wolves. Snow runs after him with his human speed. When Ven saw her, he saw how big the wolf was, it was big as a horse, if not bigger and larger. Ven snarls loudly slamming himself into the wolf hearing him whimper, Ven leans down to Bella hearing her trying not to scream in pain.

"It's okay, it's okay." Ven said biting his wrist and gave her some blood, she feels her wounds heal and then he rushes her into the barn seeing Serah there watching the wolf whimpering in pain keeping away from the barn.

"What are those?!" Snow yells cuddling his wife tightly.

"I don't know." Ven said looking at Bella seeing the wounds fully healed. And Bella looks at them quickly, leaning against Ven.

"Werewolves," Bella told them. "Zack told me about them, no one knows how they became or why they are here, but they've been eating my Chocobos for a few years." Sighing quietly, Bella looks at Ven. "Don't hurt them too bad, I have met them, they're nice. I think they just forgot who I was..."

Taking a deep breath, Ven kept her close and watched them walking away. "Why do you eat your Chocobos?" questioned Serah looking at them keep walking.

"No idea," Bella said holding Ven's hand gently. Ven looked at Bella feeling her tense a little bit. Ven sighs once more.

A week later, Bella was walking in school seeing Rachel stomping towards her, Bella stops and Rachel slaps her hard. Bella stands there shocked, wondering what happened. Rachel snarls at her.

"You are the biggest slut in this school, ever, Bella." Rachel snaps at her, as Bella looks at her wanting to cry but couldn't. "I don't know why Ven ever chose you over me, I'm much more prettier than you, I'm much more fun, and I can do a lot more than you!" Bella stayed there listening to her. "And with Ki and that other guy! Give up Ven to me, and go on your merry little depressed way, and go die with your brother."

After hearing that, Bella stopped breathing, her heart pounded in her chest, she just stood there listening to everything. Rachel than began to walk off, leaving Bella alone. Bella felt so embarrassed with what happened. She ran off.
