Singto sat with tears in his eyes on the bed at half past noon reading the surprise letter Mae had sent up with his brunch..

Fatigue of travel and stress, with the time difference had made sure he slept extra and Kanya had not woken him knowing he needed  the rest..once he started working he might not get the respite his body needed..

Singto snuggled the cute turtle plushie..he knew it was P'Kit's favourite from their childhood. The elder had always slept with it beside him and he valued it more than his life, as it was a most precious gift from his maternal grandmother..

The fact that he had sent it spoke volumes to him..he kissed the turtle, breathing in the scent of his boyfriend..That alone could calm him in any crisis..yes, he could face this even when the whole world was against him, cause he had his family and P'Kit with him..

He pulled the breakfast tray towards him and started eating..they had a meeting with the board again at 18.00 hrs,  where  they would give him his task. After which he would have 1 month to prove himself and achieve their trust..

Just as he finished eating, a knock sounded on the door and P'Wave poked his head in.

"Sawadee nong,  did u sleep well?"he asked smiling.

"I slept the best I could P', under the circumstances..you know how nervous I get. "

"I know. I see Kit sent you some motivation" said pointing to the plushie and letter..and wiggling his brows..

"P'...don't tease me..you know I needed it."Singto whined..

"Haha, yeah..he's taken over my job in that..I feel unwanted now."said the elder pouting a little.

"No one can replace u P'..You've been and will always be my no.1 comforter. With u by my side I feel a bit stronger than I would be alone. Thank u for coming so far for me.." he said hugging him.

"Anything for my little brother."Wave said ruffling his hair."by the way, about today's meeting I need to say a few things. Ná feels that along with the task they might also set a few conditions on u so that there would be equality in ur setting and Nat's..so be prepared if they say u ll only have limited cash access or that u need to live on the field and for limited people allotted to aid u. And make sure u stand firm in having me with u..they might try to get u alone but u can be firm and ask for me, atleast as a translator. And however hard the task, don't breakdown or show any weak emotions there before them. U have all the time to cry or scream at home away from people who ll judge u.."

Singto listened attentively nodding his head to each piece of instruction given. He was grateful to have a guiding hand with him at such difficult times..God give him strength to pull through this, he prayed silently...

After P'Wave left, he typed a text to Arthit..

Dear P'Kit,

Thank u for ur words of encouragement and love...
Thank u for having such faith in my abilities..
Thank u for sending me the most precious thing in ur life..
They've made me strong now..
And I will face this challenge boldly..
I will make u proud of me...

He clicked the send button and went to have a bath..when he returned, there was a reply.

Tuan,  u got 2 things wrong..
1. The most precious thing in my life s u..not the turtle..

2. Ur heart s with me here and it's my heart over there, so it's saying ur name..listen more carefully 😉.

Singto smiled and shook his head. When it came to words,he could never beat his P'...trust him to make him smile in any situation..

Meanwhile in the mafia world...

"I still can't believe that kid s going to be heir to the top business  empire in the world.."Danny said speaking to his second in command.."How long will he stay in China?"

"It was planned to be a week when he left here sir, but I heard that his stay s being extended.  Details will arrive from  our contact at the company tonight."

"Good, keep me updated..I want to know everything about that boy..he and his boyfriend played with fire when they touched my son...but now, I am going to play with them..they won't like it...not one bit..and if I can make a few hundred millions from it, why be stingy?.let's grab it all..hahaha.."

At the orphanage...

"How's the leg Inta?" Kao asked her as they sat in their usual place. They couldn't play with her cause it would be suspicious with her broken leg. So mostly they sat around talking or doing puzzles..

"It's itchy P'Kao..can I take it off? I want to play like the others.."she pouted..

"Just another 5 days ..Don't want to get a reward from me for helping out in my work?" Kao tried to bribe her. She couldn't fail him now. It would be disastrous..the little girl still didn't realize the danger she s in..

"Ok, P '. I ll keep it on. But make sure the reward s Big..ok?"

Kao nodded, smiling at her..he and Ayi exchanged worried glances. They hoped the plan worked and all the kids would be saved..

At the Philip residence...

"I have used my entire influence to get u out of jail..and I would be thankful if u stay out of Arthit's life from now on. If there's anything to be done I ll do it..not u..do you understand?" Phillip asked his daughter standing before him,head hung low.."answer me.."

"Yes Papa.. "Namtarn spoke meekly...her dad had given her an earful each time he visited her in jail. She was grateful he had gotten her out. Jay had been bailed two days ago with his father's influence, but he hadn't tried to get her out. She felt hurt that he had not bothered about her..

"Now go to ur room and rest. I have a few calls to make."he dismissed her. She walked up to her room..

Phillip picked up his phone and dialed a number," Sawadee, how're my kids doing?"

"They're doing fine sir,no sickness, very active..nothing to worry.."

"Ok, good. Don't forget the plan. Coming Saturday at 7.00 a.m I ll send a bus over for them. You ll give the reason as hospital visit and take them all together..I don't want any mistakes or mess ups..understand??"

"Yes,sir everything will go as per the plan..u don't need to worry.."

"Good.." and he cut the call..just u wait Jack...I ll show u wat failure and humiliation is..he thought gritting his teeth..
