August 13th, Tuesday
"Mina, I want to get Jirou more things. She looked so happy when I gave her that music box!", Momo squealed through the phone. "I want to keep that smile on her face forever", she continued as she sighed dreamily.
Momo is at home with her family. Jirou is planning to come over around next week to visit her.
"MINA, I DON'T THINK I CAN HANDLE HIM ANY LONGER. HE. KISSED. MY. NECK. SO. SOFTLY. HAVE YOU SEEN HIS SLEEPING FACE?", Kirishima yelled as silently as he could through the phone.
He's currently at Bakugo's house right now and Bakugo is probably asleep or out with his mom.
"Sero is such a great boyfriend. He gave me Spiderman kisses! Well, not exactly. So, he was doing a handstand and asked me to come over when I was across the room so I did and -", Kaminari started talking.
Kaminari is at Sero's house. Well, he technically lives there since his parents kicked him out when they found out he was bi. It was a horrible event, but the class helped him get through it.
I rubbed my temples and forced my eyes close. There are too many people talking at once. We were all in a group video call.
Momo called me first since she wanted to talk about Jirou and her feelings. Then, Kirishima messaged me in a panic several minutes later about his situation. After that, Kaminari joined in because he too wanted to talk about his love life.
"All of you do me a favour and stop. Talk one by one, I can't solve all your problems or listen to your amazing love life if everything is jumbled together", I said.
I listened and watched as Kirishima and Kaminari, both gentleman, asked Momo to speak first. Momo tried to decline but they insisted.
I guess we're solving Momo's problem first. Everyone listened as she spoke about how happy Jirou looked when she received the present from her and how she wants to make her happy forever and keep that smile on her face the best she can.
Summary of Momo's problem:
She wants to make Jirou happy as best as she can but she doesn't know-how.
I scribbled it down onto a notepad I have when people come to me for problems. I keep track in case they come to me again with another problem that's connected to the original one.
Kirishima and Kaminari know how this works so I let them speak their opinions first.
"Just talk to her! I don't think you need to shower her in gifts since she's always happy when it comes to conversing or anything honestly, with you", Kirishima said cheerfully.
Kaminari nodded along and gave her a thumbs up.
I tapped my chin and stared. Jirou isn't very complicated if you can understand her.
She's punk rock with a hint of girlishness. She enjoys rock music (music in general) and has a great sense in fashion (have you seen that girl, damn). Kind-hearted with a hint of saltiness, smart in a way, talented as hell, and has sharp hearing. She can be quite observant too.
"I agree with these two blockheads. Maybe you can teach her classical music? I was talking to her a few days ago and she mentioned she was interested in picking up classical music. She never specified why though", I said, scribbling the idea down.
Momo clapped her hands in glee as she went out of the screen for a few seconds before appearing with a book.
"That's a great idea! I'll start listing down some songs and I'll talk to her about it", she said. "Thank you, Mina".
"Kirishima, your turn since I currently don't have any problems", Kaminari said.
We all listened to Kirishima, who's currently stuck in a very awkward... No difficult is more suitable, situation.
Summary of Kirishima's problem:
Gay panic.
"Baby Shark, calm down", I said, giggling as he tried to talk quietly since Bakugo is still asleep, spooning him (he's failing, trust me).
I see a tuft of blond hair from behind his shoulder. It moved several seconds later revealing a peacefully sleeping Bakugo with his cheek squished against Kirishima's back.
Kirishima tried his best not to smile by hiding his face into the pillow, but it's completely obvious because my boy is GLOWING in happiness.
"Unfortunately, the only advice I can give on this is talk things out with him and ask him out once you get the chance", Momo said, winking as she gave a thumbs up.
"Yea, Kiri! It's really obvious and I mean OBVIOUS you both like each other. Besides, you've been pining after him for like, 2 YEARS. Make a move!", Kaminari said, pretending to poke Kirishima through the screen.
I scribbled the words ' hopeless situation ' under the summary and threw my notepad on the table along with my pen.
"Sorry, Kiri. Everyone's right. Be a man and ask him out instead of continuing to flirt with him like an idiot", I said, throwing my hands up in a shrug.
Kirishima nodded nervously and froze. Bakugo turned his head around and sneezed lightly before shifting closer to Kirishima, pulling up the blankets higher.
Kirishima sighed in relief and adjusted the position the phone was in. "So, uh... How do I confess and ask him out...? I never did this before", he said, chuckling as he did so.
"I didn't want to lose him as a friend since I'm scared I might creep him out or something and I'm going to lose someone dear to me. My mom's work is dangerous enough so...", he mumbled.
I watched Bakugo shift around and Kirishima mumble away. Momo and Kaminari were nodding intently and I was thinking: damn, what if Bakugo was awake right now.
"Bakugo, rise and shine", I said, smirking.
Kirishima freaked out and tried not to panic by calming himself down. Bakugo just buried his face into the pillow and held onto Kirishima, refusing to move.
"Don't do that! I don't want to wake him up, he needs rest!", he hissed in panic through the phone.
I sighed and waved him off before clapping my hands together. "Alright, Operation Idiotic: Get Idiots Together commence!", I said cheerfully.
We started throwing out suggestions as Bakugo slept through the entire thing. Shouldn't he be awake by now?
"Maybe you can take him to a cafe?", Momo suggested.
"Bakugo loves his coffee, but I think he'd preferred something more private! Take him mountain hiking instead, Kaminari yelled through the phone.
Momo and Kaminari started to argue, exchanging the pros and cons of their ideas while I scribbled down every one of them.
They might be useful later, you could never know.
Momo sighed as she nodded. "I agree Kaminari's idea suits both of them more and they would get the privacy they deserve", she said.
"You should do it as soon as possible! I think you both went on like this long enough", me and Kaminari said while grinning.
Momo laughed nervously as she leaned back against her chair. "I think we shouldn't...", she said, trailing off before stopping completely, staring at the screen.
During all this, poor Kirishima just watched in confusion and silence. Bakugo started shifting around more now, he started to yawn before blinking open his eyes.
We watched as he stretched his arms before kissing Kirishima's neck.
"He's so docile and calm in the morning", Momo said while smiling happily. She never saw this side of Bakugo before, so I'm not surprised.
He lifted his head and he peeked out from behind Kirishima, who was frozen in bed with his red face melting off.
"Eh...?", he muttered looking at the phone dazedly. Ah, so he wasn't awake after all. His eyes widen as he realized what's going on and started yelling.
' Typical Bakugo '

I grabbed the phone and ended the call, throwing it across the room into the hamper as Kirishima yelled, trying to hop off the bed.
My self was tangled into the blankets so when Kirishima moved, he was slowly dragging me along with him.
"Stop moving, dipshit!", I yelled, smacking his back.
He froze and I tried to untangle myself from my blanket. He started inching away slowly and I ignored him.
My door opened and he jumped and yelled, falling off the bed and effectively dragging me along with him.
"What's with all the yelling? It's 11 AM!", the old hag said, walking in as she held up 2 plates. "Anyways, I've prepared breakfast!", she said cheerfully.
She placed them down onto my table before walking over and helping Kirishima up. I untangled myself and stood up, face completely flushed red as I stormed over to my table to grab a plate.
She giggled and ruffled both of our hair as she smiled. "My brat has grown up and he made such good friends, such a relief", she muttered.
I begrudgingly let her do what she wants around my room while Kirishima grinned happily like a child as both of us stuffed the food into our mouths.
The food she makes is always great and no one can rival my old hag's cooking (other than mine, of course), change my damn mind.
"Hey...", Kirishima said, trailing off as he continued to stuff the eggs into his mouth. "Wanna go hiking soon? I miss it", he said, grinning his stupid ass toothy grin.
I shrugged as I grabbed his empty plate and stacked it onto mine. We both went downstairs and Kirishima helped wash the dishes while my parents prepare to go to work.
"Don't make a mess and don't even think of messing with the meatballs I made", she said, pointing her finger at me.
My dad chuckled and placed a hand on her shoulder, coaxing her out of the house. He nodded at both of us and winked at me before walking out and closing the door behind him.
"We can eat some of the meatballs later. Fuck what that hag says", I muttered.
Kirishima slapped my back while chuckling. "No, Bakugo. Listen to your mother", he said.
We sat on the couch and I grabbed a magazine from the table while Kirishima tapped around on his phone.
I scanned the words on the magazine. It's pretty old, it's probably the one that got me interested in hiking.
I opened it and started reading. There's nothing much. I read the information given (that I already knew) until I flipped to the next page.
"Dad, can we go hiking?", I yelled, jumping while shoving the magazine into his face.
He chuckled as he took the magazine from my hands and started flipping through it.
"You sure you can do it, Katsuki?", he asked.
I nodded while pointing at a picture of the top of the mountain where 2 hikers stood.
"I'm old enough. Let's climb this one!", I said.
I watched excitedly as he read through the information on the mountain and the hikers experience and what we would expect.
He hummed and ruffled my hair while smiling warmly. "I'll clear my schedule for tomorrow, alright?", he asked.
I nodded happily.
It was a nice place, I'll admit. I leaned over towards Kirishima and shoved the magazine in his face, pointing at the picture.
"Let's go to this one."
He looked up from his phone and read the article before grinning at me. "Yeah, sure! What day and what time?".
I hummed and grabbed his phone. I opened up the calendar and looked through the dates.
Technically, I'm free every day since I don't have any bullshit I need to do.
"Stay for another few days. We can go hiking and you can go home on Saturday or Sunday", I said, staring at him.
He shrugged and took his phone while lifting my hand and giving it a small kiss on my palm.
"Anytime", he replied, smiling.
I whacked him across the head as he giggled. He grabbed my face and kissed the corner of my mouth before jumping off the couch and sprinting upstairs with glee.
"FUCKING BASTARD, GET BACK DOWN HERE", I yelled, recovering from the aftershock before chasing after him.

August 14th, Wednesday
I need their help honestly. I don't know what to do and I'll probably end up stuttering if I even try.
Besides, they said we went on like this long enough right? So... I need to do this quickly... I can't, this is so nerve-racking...
"How about Saturday we go hiking. I wanna go to the arcade and we can play around on Thursday, maybe go out with the gang if you want", I suggested.
Bakugo, who was lying on the bed, legs leaning against the wall, tilted his head to look at me.
"What about Friday?", he asked.
I hummed as I leaned my head beside his. "Movie night?", I asked grinning. "We can be lazy bums, stay home and binge-watch plenty of anime and movies".
He lifted his arm awkwardly and smacked me lightly before picking up the book he was reading.
"Sure", he said, eyes scanning the words on the page. "No wonder you're fucking fat", he muttered several seconds after.
I gasped, insulted. "You agreed to it, doesn't that make you fat too?", I retaliated, lifting a hand to poke the side of his tummy.
He inhaled as he quickly dropped his book to grab onto my hand and twist his body around.
"Don't fucking do that", he hissed.
I laughed in reply as he picked up the book that he dropped and I went back to scrolling through my social media.

August 16th, Friday
Yesterday sucked. Why the fuck did I even agree to go out with those idiots.
First, they broke a game machine. Second, they bought everything from the prize stand using the tickets they won. Third, the vending machine fucking broke because they kept on pressing the stupid buttons.
Fourth, Kirishima fucking likes PDA. He kissed me. Twice.
Once on my cheek, the other on my hand when we played air hockey a little too hard.
That's great because others know they can't touch him. That sucks because I'll either be dead on the floor or Kirishima and the others will be dead on the floor.
"Move your fat ass, I wanna stand up for awhile. My legs are numb after sitting here for 5 hours", I said.
"Make me. I'm too lazy to move", he muttered, leaning on my shoulder as he rested his legs on the armchair.
I groaned as I shifted away. His head landed on my thigh instead and he grunted before focusing on the episode.
"You fucked up your hair", I said, grinning.
It worked. He shot up immediately as he jumped up from the couch. "WHAT-", he yelled as he hopped around, hands flying to touch his hair and fix it.
He stopped as I stood up and stretched. I closed my eyes and yawned, pulling my arm behind my head.
Kirishima shot forward and wrapped his hands around my waist, effectively tackling me onto the floor.
"That was a dick move, Bakugo", he said, glaring.
Ew, that's hot.
I scrunched my nose up in disgust as he sat on my stomach, placing his hands on my sides as he started moving his fingers slowly.
I stifled my laughter as I tried to flip us over, failing miserably.
"Why are you such an asshole, hm?", he asked teasingly, giggling lightly.
"I don't fucking know", I replied, smiling fakely at him.
His laughter grew louder as we both ignored the episode that was still going on. I squished his cheeks and he giggled, squishing mine.
"God you adorable motherfucker", my thought slipped out of my mouth.
He laughed, flustered as he rested his hands on my shoulder. "Don't give me that fake smile though, come on. Show me the actual one", he said, squeezing my shoulders.
I snorted as I smiled, trying to stop but failing (this feels weird, I don't smile often).
"Okay, stop, too bright", he complained after several seconds of staring, slapping my shoulder while leaning down to hide his face in the crook of my neck.
I snorted at the fact that we're literally on the floor, completely forgetting about the series we were watching.

August 17th, Saturday
First things first, I'm not prepared enough for this. I didn't think this through, I just ACCEPTED (???) my feelings. Now, I'm supposed to tell him today, on top of the mountain, unprepared.
I can always back out, right? It's been 2 years, I can drag it out a little longer, right? We won't drift apart and become strangers...right?
Yeah, we won't. We won't!
We won't drift apart!
We're best friends, I've known him for 2 years, 3 if I count this year. I've had feelings for him that I have never really explored or realized for 2 years and I trust him completely.
Does he trust me? He does, right?
He always does...right?
No, no he doesn't... well he does, but not completely... He went through a lot by himself and I wasn't there for him... Why would he trust me...
He would.
But he didn't.
Trust is extremely important to him. When I mean extremely, I mean extremely.
He nearly died drowning when he was younger. He couldn't breathe, he was drowning and trying his best to swim up but he got caught, he reached his hand out for help.
People just stood there panicking and waiting for someone. Some of them yelling ' help him ', but none of them ever made a move themselves, except for Midoriya who jumped in and tried to save him until All Might came by and saved them both.
Then, he got kidnapped.
That was his final straw. He was terrified. He has his brains, but he couldn't do anything, he would've gotten himself killed if he tried. He was helpless.
Yes, he was saved by me, Momo, Todoroki, Midoriya and Iida. Admittedly, I was happy he was back in my arms instead of being with the so-called "League of Villains" (the class makes fun of their name and calls them LOV, which does lighten the mood).
It was relieving to hear his voice when he said "you idiot". It was relieving when I felt his rough, callused hands grab onto mine.
The only thing that mattered then was that I got him back.
I got him back.
He was fine. Sure, he was fine, physically. Mentally? Not exactly, he's okay now but he wasn't back then.
He was completely shattered. He grew up being praised for being smart, strong, now here he is needing to be saved.
He knocked on my door first, I didn't open it. Worse decision I've ever made in my entire life.
Then I knocked on his, he did open his door and that just fueled my guilt. He probably needed help and I just left him standing there.
After that, on multiple nights, nearly every week for 3 months, we would go to each others room, just because we couldn't sleep.
He trusts me, we would never drift apart after everything we've been through.
And I could destroy all those when we reach the top.
"Kirishima. Eijiro. If you don't snap out of your sorry depressing thoughts right now, I'll pick up a tree trunk and throw it at your face".
His voice brought me back to reality. He held onto my face as he continued slapping my cheek lightly.
"Hey! Are you good? Hello? Give me a response or I'll find a tree and throw it at your stupid face", he yelled.
I blinked at him in confusion, trying to sort out my thoughts. I watched as he sighed and leaned in, kissing the corner of my mouth.
My thoughts left me as I focused on the way his lips are so close to mine and the way he's holding onto my face, squishing it lightly.
"You okay, dipshit?", he asked, letting a hint of worry into his tone of voice.
I smiled sheepishly as I nodded. "Yeah! Come on, I've held us up long enough. Let's continue our hike, alright?", I replied, faking enthusiasm.
He nodded and grabbed my hand, dragging me along with him. I stumbled to his side and we continued our journey, hand in hand.
"Listen here, don't break off from reality like that. I get that you lack self-confidence or whatever is your problem. Just don't do that... thing, where you go blank on me and I can't read you at all", he muttered.
We both ducked under a low branch as we reached a small stream. Bakugo took off his shoes and walked into the water and found a dry boulder to sit on.
"Great to know you care about me, man", I yelled, smiling. "Why though? It's not very difficult to read me, I'm quite open with my thoughts and feelings after all", I asked.
I took off my shoes as I joined him. He rested his chin on one knee while I bit into a sandwich I bought.
Both of us were pretty silent for a minute or two before he finally answered.
"I can't tell what you're thinking and it takes me a few minutes to get it. I can't help you after you helped. Something like that...", he mumbled, embarrassed. "And you aren't telling me shit either, how the hell would I know. I just know you're currently hiding something from me".
I offered him a sandwich and he took one, taking a huge bite out of it. I smiled softly at him as I finished my food.
"You'll find out, later", I said.
"Fucking, tell me. It's not like you're going to propose to me or anything", he shot back, glaring.
My brain took a few seconds to process what he said before I felt my entire face go red.
"Dude, no!", I laughed, completely flustered. "You'll just find out when we reach the top, trust me", I said, stifling my laughter.
"You know how to get me going. Come on, Shitty Hair".
I chuckled as we slid off the boulder, interlacing our hands together again as we continued on our path. "You haven't called me that in a while".
He stayed silent.
His hand is warm. Well, that could just be because we're sweating, but normally it's always warm.
He always said his hands constantly feel cold but that stopped after I saved him.
The crunching of our boots was nostalgic. We tend to go hiking when we have the time. On each mountain we conquered, we would do something to mark it before we get back down. It's either hiding a small paper with our initials in a tree, burying something that we have with us or finding something quirky and placing it in a pouch before hiding it.
It's stupid, but its... somewhat a... symbol of our relationship, that we decided to leave behind in our tracks.
I looked around, admiring the scenery. Trees surrounded us. It was pretty dark.
The stars dotting the night sky haven't started to disappear yet as we took the last few steps, reaching the peak.
It's beautiful up here.
Lacecap Hydrangeas grew around the area. Mountain flowers are difficult to come across, especially during summer.
We walked near the edge and peeked down. A lake spread across the area, surrounded by flora.
I patted the ground before sitting down, leaning back and stretching my arms.
Bakugo plopped down next to me and pulled his legs up to his chest. We stayed silent as I plucked a few lace caps and stuff and started weaving them into a flower crown.
By the time I finished my work, the sun still hasn't risen.
I placed the flower crown on my head and giggled as I took it off. Bakugo looked over at me in confusion and he became shocked when I dumped the crown over his head.
"Hey!", he yelled, taking the crown off his head as he held it in his hands. He brought it up to his eye level and squinted at it, probably looking at the details or something.
"So, tell me the shit you wanted to tell", he said, placing the crown on his lap. "We're at the top, aren't we?", he asked, smirking.
He looks so innocent.
Not helping. Not.
I gulped, fiddling with my bag straps as I avoided eye contact with him.
I didn't prepare some extravagant speech or anything. I never planned this far ahead. Heck, I didn't even prepare myself for this in the first place.
"Well?", he asked, starting to get impatient as he lifted an eyebrow.
"Well, uh...", I started.
Improvise? That's technically what I was thinking, but I can't improvise. I suck at it.
I took the crown from his lap and decided to fiddle with that instead, adding a little more to it.
"It's... not exactly a good thing...? I mean... I- I...", I muttered.
When things are supposed to go right, but it goes left instead (it was meant to go left in the first place anyway).
"Spit it out".
Right! He prefers it the straightforward way. Yeah!
I placed the flower crown on his head once more and caressed his cheek. "You're beautiful".
He flushed as he tried to lean away but his body refused to move.
Straightforward. Be straightforward. You can handle your gay ass later, deal with the problem at hand.
"Is that all...?", Bakugo asked.
Just tell him.
Tell him.
Tell him.
"Yea", I muttered, my hand still stuck in its spot.
My voice got stuck in my throat as a crestfallen look flashed across his face before returning to his neutral expression. I decided not to say any more.
' There goes everything you've built. '
