THREE; SANTA CLAUSE
The lustrous sun glowed through the large window in the hospital as Carrie with her three children at her side wandered through the hospital watching nurses in bright blue uniforms glide from room to room.
"Remember what I said." She told the kids talking about how they shouldn't be all over Harrison and not frighten him with questions.
"We remember mom! You only told us like five times." Zac said clearly annoyed from his moms request and just wanting to see his dad.
"Alright." She said reaching his room seeing him through the clear glass window reading a newspaper on his bed.
"Daddy!" Kathleen exclaimed opening the door and running to Harrison's open arms.
"Yeah I don't think she quite remembered what you said." Justin said with a smirk earning a glare from Carrie.
"Dad!" Zac said following his little sisters lead going to the bed hugging his father who held him tight as Zac cried into his left shoulder.
"I missed you Dad. I-I could barley sleep." He said sniffling back tears. "Mom even let me sleep with her and you know how she ever lets me do that." He said whispering in Harrison's ear loud enough for Carrie to hear who was right by them.
"Hiya dad." Justin said not showing as much emotion as his siblings had just shown.
"What your to old to give your old man a hug?" He asked him as Justin gave him a tight hug. As Harrison talked with the kids with the kids about what they did yesterday night Carrie grew impatient wanting to ask Harrison a question.
"Alright guys go get something out of the vending machine for a snack before we head off and do something with dad." She said to them while grabbing money out of her petite lavender purse which matched her sweatshirt.
"But mommy!" Kathleen protested while she got a glare from Carrie nudging her head towards the door.
"Oh alright." She huffed walking to the door shutting it behind them.
"I can't believe you Harry you already remember them!" She said in a joyful voice before wrapping her arms around him.
"Well about that." He said making Carrie glance up at him. "I kinda do but I just don't want to disappoint them they probably been through a lot yesterday-"
"You mean you don't?! What was that some kind of act?" She asked him rubbing her forehead pacing around the small room. "Harrison I want you to fully remember them they don't need a act! They're smart kids they'll probably even found out this afternoon if you don't start to remember us." She argued.
"I know that Carrie. But I do remember their little faces from that photo and I know them I just have to spend time with them and grow with their personalities again." He said looking at Carrie with a questioning look. But before she could say more Kathleen came running in the room waving a Snickers bar in the air while running to Harrison.
"Look daddy! I got a Snickers bar for us to share because it's your favorite." She said standing on her toes.
"Thank you baby." Harrison said as Kathleen began to half it. I like Snicker bars? Harrison asked himself
"You know what baby I'm not that hungry right now maybe Mommy could have it." He said before Carrie glared at him.
"Daddy, Is something wrong? She asked him. "You've never called me baby only mommy does. All you've ever called me was sweetheart and peanut." She said with a giggle at the mention of her nickname being "peanut"
"No, nothing's wrong peanut." He said taking his thumb rubbing it across her rosy cheeks while she giggled.
"Alright who wants to go shopping?" She asked her family who raised their hands.

Harrison didn't know what was more crazy the streets or the people of New York. His puzzled expression stained on his face worried Carrie as they walked the streets going from store to store in their long coats of disguise. And another thing worried Carrie as she thought about how she was going to tell the kids the incident on how Harrison got injured.
But before she could sort that out in her mind she heard Kathleen begging to Harrison to go into Macy's to go see Santa Clause.
"What's wrong baby?" She asked Kathleen who's eyes were glued to the Macy's store where she saw through the open doors Santa Clause on a ruby red chair with a child her age on his knee talking to him.
"It's Santa momma! "She said pointing to him through the door. "It's very very important I have to tell him now so he can do it by Christmas or it'll be too late since my birthdays in June and that's the only time I can make a wish!" She said now out of breath.
"Okay okay don't worry." Carrie said rubbing her face. "I'll take you and daddy can do get a hot dog with the boys." She said pointing to the nearby hot dog stand at the end of the street.
"Alright, come on boys." He said grabbing Zac's hand as they walked to the cart.
While meanwhile Carrie grabbed Kathleen's hand walking into the store filled with more and more people shopping four days before Christmas. Once they made their way to the start of the line Carrie looked at her watch before looking up at the line of parents with their young children in line.
"We'll probably be her for a while." She huffed while Kathleen glanced around looking at all the toys around her.

"Alright miss it's your turn." An elf said to both Kathleen and Carrie as they walked up the velvet stairs to a awaiting Santa Clause.
"Oh look what we have here a beautiful young lady!" He expressed opening his arms while Kathleen went into them.
"And what's your name?" He asked Kathleen who was smiling brightly at the man.
"My names Kathleen Marie Ford." She said pointing her finger at her chest. "I'm 4 years old." She said trying to hold up her four fingers while Carrie hid a chuckle.
"Well aren't you just precious." He said looking into her hazel eyes. "And what would you like this year for Christmas?"
"Ohh Santa all I want is for my daddy to fully remember my brothers and me... especially my mommy! He got in a really bad accident and he lost some of his memory and that's the only thing I'm asking for." Carrie hearing this smiled wiping a tear under her eye trying not to ruin her mascara.
"We'll miss Kathleen Marie Ford I think that is the most sweetest thing I ever heard a young girl like you ever ask for." He said rubbing his hand on her arm. "And I'm going to see what I can do for your daddy."
"Oh thank you sir!" She said wrapping her arms around his neck. As he chuckled joyfully Kathleen then hopped off his knee to meet Carrie who had been listening to the whole thing.
"Ready sweetie?" She said taking her hand walking out of the department store finding Harrison in the boys right out the door finishing their hot dogs.
"Did you tell Santa the important request?" Harrison asked Kathleen who nodded.
"Yes she did." Carrie said smiling at Harrison and her boys.

"Bye bye daddy!" Kathleen said waving goodbye once more as she went outside the door going to the waiting room like Carrie had told her to do with her brothers.
"Your lucky they haven't found out yet." She warned him sitting on the bed with him.
"I know I know. I'm so close to fully remembering you guys it's just like I-I have the last piece of a puzzle and I haven't founded it yet."
"I know just please remember us." She told him.
"I will I promise." He promise her kissing her lightly on her forehead.
"I'll see you tomorrow babe. And the kids will be in school so we can maybe go get some brunch?" She said with raised eyebrows.
"I think that would be great." He said grinning at her.
"Great." She said begging to get her stuff.
"I'll see you tomorrow Carrie." Harrison said looking at her once she reached the door.
"Okay Harrison."
