"Come on sleepy head! It's the last day of school!" Cameron yells from down stairs and I groan.

"I don't wanna!" I whine and his mate Lisia jumps on my bed making me fall in the floor. The joys of a water bed.

"Hey! Maybe you can finally meet your mate!" she says excitedly and I push myself of the ground.

"What if I don't want a mate?" I ask softly an her smile disappears.

"Then you reject them..." She says sadly. She walks out the room shuting the door behind her and I grab a regular pair of jeans and a black tank top with my black leather jacket and a pair of black motorcycle boots. I run down stairs grabbing a price of toast and a strawberry and rush outside. I finsh the toast and down the strawberry and put on my helmet hopping on my Honda Shadow 100. I only trust one guy and that's my brother.

I've been staring at the wall for about five minutes before my friend Sky jumps in front of me with a butter knife screaming my name. I look at her and pop my neck.

"Ewww!!!" she squeals and falls out her chair only to be picked up by Alex, her mate.

"Whoah! Where you going?!" he says jokingly and she pulls him into a hug.

"Hello Alex..." I say taking a sip of coffee.

"Raven..." He says nodding his head in my direction. Ok he's one exception to the whole trust thing. What can I say... he's my best friend's mate. A certain smell fills the air and I start to panic.

'What if I can't do this?' I ask my wolf.

'That'd be great!' she yells happily and I let out a low growl.

'No I need to reject him... whoever it is...' I argue quietly and a tap on my shoulder makes me jump as the tingles shoot through my body.

"Well... my name is Sebastian James and I am your..mate." he says and I turn around and see his face. His dirty blonde hair all ruffled, bright blue eyes and his smile...

'No!' I scold myself and look at him with a sad expression.

"I Raven Secrets reject my mate Sebastian James." I say quickly grabbing my bag and running out the closest exit.

"Raven wait!" he yelled as I started my motorcycle before speeding off towards home.
