Dunno a name yet if you can't tell from the title.

Anyway, Cody was kidnapped at a young age. He was cared for though. He had a strange ability. Joe knew he had a brother.
His mother told him if a certain boy had the same abilities as him, he was his brother.

Anyway, Their ability was to make their eyes change colour. When someone stared into them too long, they would get a strange afteraffect. Like not being able to talk, blindness, deafness, the list could go on. They could also summon lightning energy. Joe could control his but Cody couldn't. So he always wore a scarf over his eyes to make sure he hurt no one. This caused some bullying but Pikalus, Sam and Selena accepted him for who he is.

One day he accidentally bumps into Kraken, Who's one of the popular kids. He says nothing but jut walks away. Later, he sees Kraken and his group bullying a girl. Pikalus tried to stop him, but he ran and blocked his attack.

Kraken smirked. "Looks like you've finally grown a backbone..."

Pikalus tried telling him to leave it, but Cody didn't move. "Wonder what's behind that scarf..." then Kraken undid it. He laughed because his eyes were normal and he was wearing it for no apparent reason. But then Cody's eyes changed.

Kraken stopped laughing. Cody went full rage and attacked him with his powers.

Joe was watching.

After they get taken down, Cody puts his scarf back on. He turns to the girl behind him to help her up.

But she backs away in fear.

He looks back at the crowd forming, suddenly realising what was going on. He was a freak. He panicked. Cody ran. He didn't know where to.

After a while, Joe and the rest catch up with him. He sits there, not caring.

"Cody, please-"

"Do you want me to hurt you?"

His voice is strangely cold.

"I can and I will."

He took of the scarf one final time.

Blue.

"Don't make me hurt you... please..."

Joe walks towards him, and flared up his left eye. It glows blue. Cody stares in shock. "Y-your the same as me?"

"I had a brother named Cody. Maybe it's coincidence but... I think your my brother."

Andddd the AU can end how you like but idrk anymore
