Wow. Did I just binge watch an entire Netflix show back in June 2024? In the midst of Finals and Projects?

Yes. Yes I did.

This obessesion started because I saw someone fancast Xolo Maridueña as Miguel O'Hara from Spiderverse. I recognized him from the Blue Beetle film (which I have yet to see but it's on the list). Then I saw he was in Cobra Kai. In which it was on my watch list on Netflix for a while too. (It took me a long time I know)

Not to mention I thought Xolo was kind of attractive too. And even more intrigued when I found out his character was also named Miguel.

So I thought. Why not give it go?

Then 5 seasons later, I watch it all under a month. AND THEN I found out there was more coming out in July!?? Even more awesome!

It was life changing.

So here's my top faves/what I like about the show. (Other than Xolo Mariduena of course)

Characters:
- Miguel Diaz (DUH)
- Johnny Lawrence
- Hawk/Eli Moskowitz
- Sam Larusso (I don't understand the hate. She has little mistakes here and there, but doesn't every character?)
- Tory Nichols (not at first but she grew on me from S 4-6. ESPECIALLY S6×E5!! Peyton List deserves an award)
- Kwon (seems pretty cool but we'll see after S6)

(Not ranking 6 yet since theres 10 episodes left still)

I absolutely LOVE the cast too! They are all so sweet. And Xolo and Jacob's Lone Lobos podcast is so dang silly!!
I swear between those two, there is only one brain cell and they share it.
