"It's been such a boring day..." Sigh a boy as he lay down on his bed. This boy has (h/c)-hair and (e/c) eyes. He is known as (Y/n). "Hmm... Maybe I can hang out with Nene and Darnell..." He thought out loud. He then grab his phone and texted his two friends.

(Y/n): Hey, you guys free right now?
Nene: Yeah, why?
(Y/n): Wanna hang out?
Darnell: Sure
Nene: Yeah sure.
(Y/n): Okay then, see you guys in a few minutes.
Nene: Okay
Darnell: Yeah, see ya.

'Okay then, guess I gotta get ready'. He then get off the bed and walk to the bathroom to change his clothing. He change into a black-coloured long sleeve turtleneck and a pair of jeans. He then went downstairs and left the house to meet his friends.

Just as he exit his house, he heard a familiar voice calling out his name. "Hey (Y/n)!" It was Nene, (Y/n)'s close friend. "Hey, Nene." He greeted her back as he lock his front door. He then turn to look at her. She's wearing a pink dress, with lighter pink pants and shirt. She also wear a pink headband.

Oh, and if I forgot to mention, Nene and Darnell are your neighbours.

"Where's Darnell? Is he not here yet?" (Y/n) ask the black-haired girl. "Don't worry about him, he'll be here soon." She replied. You both then wait for him in front of his house.

A few minutes later, they both saw Darnell left the house. "Hey, you're finally here." (Y/n) greeted him. "Yeah, what took you so long anyway?" Nene ask him. "No reason. Anyway, where are we going?" Darnell said. "I thought we could take a stroll in the park and maybe get ice cream." (Y/n) said. "Sure, that sounds great!" Nene cheered.

They then went to take a stroll in the park while talking about random things with a couple of jokes here and there. Later, you guys went to buy ice cream and sat down on a bench provided in the park.

As you are enjoying the ice cream, Nene speak up. "Hey, you guys know about the academy that we're attending next week right?" "Yeah, what's with it?" Darnell answered. "Wait a minute, it was next week?!" Exclaim (Y/n). "Yeah, don't tell me you forgot about it." Nene tease. "Yeah, I actually do..." (Y/n) replied. "Okay. Anyway, I just found out that Pico and the others are also attending the academy. So... I thought we could introduce (Y/n) to them." She said. "Sure. I mean if (Y/n) is fine with that." Darnell replied. "Yeah sure, why not." (Y/n) answered. "Great! Anyway, it's getting late, we should go home now" Nene said. "Okay" the two boys replied.

"Well then, bye guys! See you guys next time!" Nene said as she enter her house. "Yeah, bye guys." (Y/n) said as he also enter his house. "Yeah, see ya" Darnell said as he enter his house.

In (Y/n)'s house, (Y/n) went up the stairs and to his own room. "Today is fun. It's nice to just hang out with your friends and forgot about all of your problem..." He thought out loud. Later, he went to the bathroom and went through his routine. After that, he just lay down on his bed and scroll through the social media. A few hours later, he put down his phone and get ready to sleep. "I wonder how is mom doing..." He muttered before he went to sleep.

Alrighty, first chapter done! I'm sorry that it's not that long and it's not that good. This is my first attempt on trying to write a fanfic, so feel free to give me tips and such. I will appreciate it very much. Even hate comments are accepted. For the next few chapter I will work on making (Y/n) meet the other characters, but still going through his life as usual.
