🌊So this is an icon inspired by vintage🌊    💎themed pictures and 90's animes💎

Because my go to photoshop app isn't working at the moment I used my editing app for the entire thing for the first time, and I don't think it turned out that bad.

The reason why I don't use my editing app for the base pic is just because I can't work in layers (back to back) and I prefer the cutting tool on my other app. 🌚 But I can blend and create personal filters so that's good I guess.
