Kido's pov

We placed down the girl's body on the couch and sat down on the other couchs. Shintaro stood under the air conditioner as he was able to melt if he gets too hot.  The oni and the annoying kitsune were fighting while Marry and Seto read a book together. It's strange, I thought, how two very different beings were so friendly and warm with each other. I looked over to the girl and studied her.

She had brown hair that were tangled together from some leaves and branches that we could not take out from her hair. Her arms and legs were covered with blue black spots all around but otherwise, she looked fine. Her clothes were not so damaged and her face was not very injured.

I looked out the window and realized that it was the full moon. Surprising, Seto didn't turn to a full werewolf means that he can control his powers already or he doesn't know. I walked to the window and sat on the window edge. 'I'm going for a flight. If I don't come back in 30 minutes, you have the right to search for me' I said and before I spread my black wings and flew. As I flew, I looked down and saw the city lights and I looked up to see the bright stars. It's a surprise how much humanity has changed over these years.

I sat on a tree besides the hill and stared at the beautiful view from below. I looked back and saw my old house, the house that I grew up in destroy by my biological dad. I looked at the sky and remembered the days as clear as day.

It was my 5th birthday and my father had returned from his trip. My sister dressed me in my favourite dress and lead me to the ballroom where my friends were located at. When the party started, a servant informed us that my dad set the house on fire. My sister brought me out but she got trapped in the fire and died. I remember seeing her getting burn in front of my eyes and wanted to jump in to save her but my uncle appeared out of no where and grabbed me. 'You can't die now little tengu. The world rests on our shoulders when you grow up' He said and spread his wings and brought me up to the sky.

He brought me to the nearby orphanage and I met Shuuya and Seto there. I remembered how that idiot bumped into me and walked past me. Me, Shuuya and Kousuke had stayed in the same room until Ayano's family adopted us. Ayano accepted us even after we showed her our powers and called us one family and a team. I remembered the day................ the day that Shuuya ran into my room and cried in my arms, saying that Ayano killed herself for us. I could not count how many nights I cried and had to comfort Kousuke and Shuuya too.

Without knowing, tears fell down my face as I remembered when Ayano and all of us would play pretend hero and think that we are part of a secret originazation. I looked at the stars and said to the brighest star 'Are you ok up there sis? We all learned how to control our powers now and we have made our orginazation real. Are you happy for us sis?' I swore that I saw sis smiling at me and I smiled too.

I looked down at my ipod and realized that I had 3 minutes to get back to base or they will start searching for me. I spread my wings once again and flapped it hard and quickly flew to base.
