Ever since hibiya discovered Hana could smile the Dan brought in the cat that gave Hana a smile. They decided to name the cat Hikari meaning light as it symbolizes the light within Hana that shimmers every time she is comforted by a cat.

"Ne Hana?" Kano asked as he and Hana were  currently sitting on the couch while the other Dan members were outside doing something else. "What is it Kano?" Hana replied as she looked at the deceiver closing the book she was reading. "What do you think of seto?" he looked at her with piercing eyes.

" I uh think he's a great person and a good friend. why do you ask?" Hana stuttered a little at the sudden question. 

"Nothing just asking." he calmly replied and got up and went behind her. Hana quickly turned around and to her surprise she saw Seto but she knew it was Kano just trying to mess with her. "Nice try idiot but if you're looking for a reaction you're not getting one. Seto and i are just friends." she said as she stood up to leave, but before she could do so she was pulled back onto the couch with "seto" on top of her. "This isn't funny Kano! let go!" Hana struggled to get free. "But its so fun seeing you blush over him even though you know i'm not really Seto." Kano laughed as he continued to trap her in his arms." Kano what are you doing to Hana?" a familiar voice was then heard from behind the couch. Hana looked up to see Seto glaring at the awkward situation. "Hey seto you're home early" Kano said as he got up from Hana in his original form. Seto then pushed Kano causing him to fall hard on the ground." Seto! stop!" Hana called out before things got out of hand. he looked at her then he calmed down but stormed out of the room. Hana was so confused but she got up and ran after him making sure if he was okay. Kano remained on the floor with a smirk on his face." Go on you lovebirds ha." he sighed as he just laid relaxing on the floor

Seto wait. Please!" Hana ran after him and they somehow ended up at an empty park with Seto sitting in one of the swings and Hana stood up in front of him." Seto please talk to me." Hana pleaded hoping for him to at least look at her.

"I'm sorry." Seto finally spoke for what seemed like hours. the sun was going down and neither have moved from their position. "I don't know what happened I just got...so angry..I know it's not like me but.... he touched you and .... I know he wasn't going to go too far..... i mean Kano does those things all the time... he's a tease and a prankster.. heck he does it all the time to Kido and me and the others all the time......its just when he touched you like that.... I just....I....I..."

"I like you." Hana said before he could finish, and for the first time in that moment he finally looked up at her. She was staring at him with determined eyes which ensured him that she was not joking.

"I like you a lot. heck from the first time we met i liked you. you were kind and you didn't treat me like a monster. you didn't push into my private life and you gave me a home and time to adjust to the people around me. you didn't abandon me and i always have this warm feeling whenever i talk to you. i like you Seto i really do."

Seto was beyond dumbfounded. a while ago he was blabbering out his thoughts as he sat there in his own self pity and now he finally realized the situation. He quickly stood up and held Hana in his arms tightly but not too much to hurt her.

"I like you too." and with that he brought his lips closer to hers and underneath the twilight they shared a warm loving kiss.

After a while of talking and a couple more kisses the two decided to head back home and tell the others of the big news. They held their hands in silence as they walked home in the darkness.
