Ich habe da ein Auer weh 😭😭☝️ ich bin schon wieder umgeknickt 🤣 es ist schmerzhaft ist aber nichts Dramatisches nur die Bänder sind überdehnt und das eine Band hat das andere Eingeklemmt XD
