That evening as Jimmy helped Elsa with her prosthetics, Elsa spoke with so much excitement about the shower.

"That was such a great shower for the twins!  I'm so happy your mother came!  That was the best present of all!"

"It was!  I was shocked."

"Me too!  That was so sweet of her to give us your baby blanket, and to make one!  Having a blanket your grandmother made for you special, that's so incredible!"

"It is.."

Jimmy then leaned in and kissed Elsa.

"Mmm.. You wanna?" Elsa smiles.

"Honey, if I ever say no to that question, please take me to the hospital immediately!" Jimmy says making Elsa laugh.

April 24th.
32 weeks pregnant.

Elsa is currently asleep with Ma Petite cuddled up beside her. As she slept, her unborn babies kicked and kicked. One baby kicked so hard it woke Ma Petite up.

"Ms. Elsa!" She gently shakes her.

"Huh? Oh what is it, my sweetie?"

"The babies are kicking so hard! Are they okay?"

"Oh I'm sorry, did they wake you?" Elsa laughs.

"Yeah, but it's okay.  Are they okay?"

"They're fine! Just very very active now. You know I don't have much longer to go before I give birth?"

"I know! How exciting! They'll be like my little brothers or sisters! Or one of each!"

"I know! I have eight more weeks to go, but twins usually come a bit earlier so maybe just about a month left!"

"Are you ready?" Ma Petite asks with a smile.

"Oh yes! Although, I must admit.. I am terrified of giving birth. But with Jimmy by my side, I know I'll be okay." Elsa smiles.

"And you have me!"

"Oh little one!" Elsa giggles and kisses her on the head.

"Childbirth may be a bit too much for you, I'm afraid!"

"Maybe. We'll see." She shrugs.

Elsa chuckles and pats her on the back.
"Ooh, feel now, Ma Petite!" Elsa grabs her belly.

"Oh wow! Does that hurt?"

"Oh yes! But it's okay.. I never thought I'd be pregnant so.. I'm just trying to soak up everything before it's over."

"Will you have another baby?"

"Oh probably not!" Elsa laughs. "I'll miss being pregnant, but I won't miss it that much!"

"Oh!" Ma Petite giggles.

Just then Jimmy walks in.

"Hello, Darling!" Elsa smiles.

"Hi, Love!" Jimmy kisses her lips and pats Ma Petite on the head. "Hi, Ma Petite!"

"Hello!"

"Babies!" He grabs her bump and kisses it.

Elsa laughs. "They're very active right now, Daddy!"

"Are they? You little guys playing ball in there?"

"There could be a girl in there, Jimmy!"

"Oh course! But she can still play ball! Right, Princess? You can be anything you want! Anything you want, Beautiful! Hell, you can be the president!"

"She could!" Elsa smiles with happiness on her eyes.

Jimmy kisses Elsa's belly all over.

"Aw, you're such a good daddy!"

"I am! And you're a good mommy!"

"Hell, I know! I mean, look at what I'm going through for these kids!"

Jimmy laughs and kisses her lips.
"You're incredible!"

"Yep! Hey, I'm hungry!"

"What do you want for dinner?"

"I can't a nice steak!"

"Yummy! I'll have the same."

Elsa gives Jimmy a look and smacks his arm.

"I'm kidding! I'll put in your order, ma'am."

"Thanks!" Elsa laughs.

Dinner.

"Ah!  YES!" Elsa groans and throws her head back.

"Baby.." Jimmy chuckles softly and looks around. "What are you doing?"

"Who made this steak?" Elsa points to her plate.

"My mom."

"Ugh! Bless her.  This is so good!"

"I'm glad you like it." He chuckles.

Just then Bette and Dot come to join them.

"Hi girls!" Elsa says with a beautiful smile.

"Hello!  How are you and the babies?" Bette asks.

"Good!  Growing!" Elsa laughs and rubs her belly.

"Have you decided on names?"

"Well I really like Franz! Little baby Franzi!" Elsa smiles.

"Aw that's cute!"

"That's what I said, but.." Elsa gives Jimmy the side eye.

"You don't like it, Jimmy?" Dot asks.

"I do but-"

"He can't say it!" Elsa laughs.
"Americans." She rolls her eyes.

"We decided on giving them German names, but I'm not the best with actually pronouncing them correctly."

"You'll be fine.
  He's learning German!" Elsa smiles.
"The babies are going to speak it, so I want him to as well."

"I only know the dirty words so far." Jimmy says making Elsa laugh.

Elsa pats his thigh. "Oh hush!"

Dot laughs and asks, "So what about a girls name?"

Elsa smiles and covers her mouth as she turns to Jimmy.

"She's already fallen in love with a girl name. I think it's pretty cute too."

"Well what is it?" Bette asks.

"Marlena!" Elsa smiles.

"Aw that's beautiful!"

"It is! Isn't that such a little queen's name? That's what my baby girl is, she's a queen!"

"Aw! Oh wow, watch you have two boys!" Dot laughs.

"I don't care, I'm naming him Marlena, I love it so much!"

Jimmy laughs and nods his head.
"You're crazy!"

"Well I love that name!"

"I have a feeling we're having at least one girl, so don't worry." Jimmy rubs her stomach.

Elsa gasps. "Oh my gosh, what if it's two girls! I need another queen name!"

"I have one."

"What is it?"

"Elsa." Jimmy says in a cute voice with a smile on his face.

"Aww!" Elsa leans in close to his face.
"You're full of shit." She giggles.

"Hey! I thought I was being nice!"

"I'm playing! You're sweet."

"Thanks." Jimmy places a kiss on her lips.

Suddenly Elsa gets a pain in her stomach.
She quickly pulls away and grabs her bump.
"Ow!"

"What's wrong?" Jimmy asks.

"I have a really sharp pain all down here. Jimmy, I'm scared. What if something's wrong?" Elsa looks at him with tears in her eyes.

"Uh.." Jimmy panics.

"Ma! Come here!" He waves Ethel over.

"What?"

"Elsa's having a pains. Should we call the doctor? She still has two months to go, what could be happening?"

"Oh I don't want my babies to be hurt!" Elsa cries.

"No, it's okay. This is normal." Ethel says kneeling down in front of her.

"It is?"

"Yes.  For one, your stomach is stretched.  Your uterus is stretched out big enough for two babies.  Your ligaments and muscles are just screaming for help!" Ethel holds the sides of her stomach.  This was the first time Ethel even touched her belly.

"It was really tight down here." Elsa rubs the bottom of her stomach.

"That's a contraction, honey."

"A contraction?!" Jimmy looked like he was about to faint.

"It's just your body's way of preparing you for the real thing. The painful contractions."

"Oh.. more painful than this?"

"Oh yeah!" Ethel chuckles.

"Right.. I-I kinda forgot I have to go through all that."

"You forgot?"

"Yeah.. I mean, I of course I knew they had to come out but, I just.. I don't know, I've been so happy I guess I wasn't thinking of the painful part.
  Oh gosh, I'm so scared!"

Jimmy grabs Elsa's hands.
"Elsie, don't be scared. You're the strongest woman I know. You can have these babies with no problem!"

"You think so?"

"I know so!"

"Aw, Jimmy." Elsa wraps her arms around him and holds him tight.

"I love you."

"I love you too, Els."

Elsa then grabs his face and looks into his eyes.
"You're lucky you're cute."

"Why?" Jimmy chuckles.

"You called me Elsie. A big fat cow!"

"I didn't mean it that way, Precious, I swear!"

"It's okay." Elsa laughs. "It was cute."

"You're cute."

"Shut up." She laughs.

"Okay!"

Elsa then kisses Jimmy's lips.

Ethel sat there just watching.
She couldn't believe her son was in love with her best friend. She couldn't believe they had two little babies on the way, and that they'd soon be married!  Life was about to change drastically for all three of them.  Ethel knew she had to accept their relationship sooner or later.
