Considering how Asgore describes their past relationship, they must have had a strong and lasting one. And since Chara is about the same age as Frisk, we can go with thirteen if you so desire, and then add that to 20, a young age for a married couple to have a child, add that 13 years then Toriel is now 33. From there multiplehumans died so that must add a few years of them being together until Toriel had enough and left him... to add on to that, that timing could be around 5- 10 or so years....that makes Toriel currently, estimated with logical facts, 38-43. Now, from your words, sans being around his 20's is more of an age gap then Frisk and sans. Making Sans and Frisk the more reasonable age grouping. Not only that, but Frisk wether 13 or not, is mature. With all the resets and actions you can exactly we to still act thirteen. Same for Sans. So, in the end, sure, Sans isn't a teenager, but Soriel is definitely  more of a pedophilic relationship.

A cannon ship is the two people proven to already be in love, being in a relationship or admitting their love for each other, which Toriel and Sans didn't do. This is fact.
