Rock had arrived back at the base just as Dr. Light was starting to work on Ice Man's anti-hacking software. As soon as Fire Man was set on the floor, Rock left for the kitchen and started the coffee maker. After a few minutes, he just began guzzling coffee like there was no tommorow, no sugar, no creamer. "Rock! What are you doing!?" Yelled Roll as he was finishing his second pot of coffee. "I know this isn't healthy," said Rock, "but now that Wily is beginning to take my meddling seriously, I can't stop to rest. Half of our brothers are back, but now I must hurry and save the other half." "Rock, maybe you shouldn't have done this, you can back down now if you need to," said Roll. Rock just shook his head. "No, I'm half way there, I can't back down now."

As soon as he finished his coffee, Rock put his helmet back on and copied Fire Man's Fire storm ability. After copying the power, he used the RTN to track down Oil Man, who'd obviously be weak to Fire Man's power. Roll simply watched as the blue beam disappeared through the roof. "You're just as stubborn as Blues..." She mumbled to herself, turning back into the living room to watch the news.

As if it wasn't obvious enough, Oil Man was on the farthest outskirts of the city in an oil refinery. Rock knew for a fact he'd have to be really careful with at least two of his weapons in here, or the whole place would blow up with him and Oil Man still in it. He also had a feeling that the people of Capital City wouldn't be too fond of him for destroying almost a billions worth of fresh and recycled oil. So he figured it would be best to save his Fire storm for later.

Unfortunately, Will had sent in plenty of fire robots into the facility to confront the blue-clad hero. This caught Rock completely off guard as a Fire Joe tried aiming it's flame thrower towards him. Noticing the danger, Rock quickly equipped the Ice slasher, making sure to freeze as many enemies as he could to prevent the refinery from going up in flames. When his weapon energy became low, he quickly turned back to his buster and shot the frozen foes to shreds. After recharging the Ice slasher with some of the dropped energy, he continued his way through the building. Some oil ended up getting caught by some enemy fire, thankfully not setting the rest of the building on fire. Rock just prayed that people would watch the security footage carefully and add the oil's destruction to the list of charges against Wily.

Soon he found the heavy metal door leading to Oil man, thankfully the walls in the robot Master rooms were completely indestructible, so none of the fire he was about to use would spread to the rest of the refinery. Keeping that in mind, Rock equipped the Fire storm as he walked down the hallway, his armor changing to a silver and crimson color scheme similar to that of Fire Man's armor.

Oil Man was waiting for him on the other side of the door, a smug emotionless grin on his face. "I've heard you're pretty slick, stranger," he said in the glitchy possessed sounding voice, "why don't we find out if what I've heard is true?" "Stranger?" Said Rock confused, "but Oil Man, we're like brothers! Please, I don't want to fight you! Just come home so you can be repaired!" Oil Man just laughed, "pathetic," he said, before jumping up and sliding on a puddle of oil to close-line Rock. Rock had a hard time getting a hit on the robot Master, due to the fact he was moving too fast. However, Oil Man wasn't paying attention to all the oil he was spreading around the room. Rock used this to his advantage, and as soon as he used the last shot on his Fire storm, the whole room lit up like a fire works display. While the armor equipped with the Fire storm protected Rock, Oil Man wasn't so lucky. Oil Man instantly shutdown after being engulfed in flames.

Seeing this, Rock quickly equipped the Ice slasher to put out as much of the fire as he could, before gathering Oil Man and using the RTN to beam back to the lab. As he traveled through the light beam, he prayed he hadn't gone too far this time, growing concerned with how much damage the fire did to his brain washed friend.
