Thanks to Swampert6 for suggesting this pokemon! Wailren is one of my favorite Hoen pokemon as it has good typing and is nice and tanky and even better in the hail.

Walrien would keep its ice body ability, healing it in the hail. Its defense and sp defense greatly rise, and its sp attack and attack rise slightly. Its appearance changes to where its tusks are bigger, its skin is a darker blue, and it has more white rings around its body. Its white fur around its neck has grown as well.
