I really believe Glaceon is an under loved pokemon, and its got a nice sp attack stat and a good design. I would really like to see a Mega evolution for it.

Glaceon gets the (made up ability) wonder barrier, which halves damage from sp attacks (like furfrous fur coat ability but the other way around) this works great with glaceons good defense stat. Its sp attack rises as does its defense, sp defense and speed. As for appearance, it looks even sleeker and has crystal formations on its legs. It has a blue field around it and snowflakes always surround it.
Stat boosts:
40 sp attack
10 speed
25 sp defense
25 defense
