Let's face it- Emboar was a major letdown due to the fact that It was the 3rd fire-fighting dual type starter in a row. And it's ugly as sin, not even cool looking like the first two fire- fighting types, blaziken and Infernape. But a Mega evolution would fix its reputation forever by just changing the types and appearance and making it unique. Mega Emboar gains the ability Rock Head, which allows it to take no damage from its powerful recoil moves. Its attack rises as well as its defensive stats. Because it now has to lug around a giant hammer, its sp attack and speed drop. (I'll explain that in appearances) It drops the fighting type (yay) and gains the rock type. yes I know, that means it gains a 4x weakness to water and ground. But Head Smash gets STAB, and it works out for its appearance, which I will now explain. It gets a helmet of rock around its head, one that covers everything except for the eyes and looks really awesome. (Thus the ability) it gets an assault vest made of rock as well as armbands and leg armor made of rock. As if that wasn't cool enough, it gets a gigantic cumbersome mallet like Hammer that it holds. Emboars appearance goes from ugly fire pig to raging Boss Hog.
