Thanks to meerkat313 for requesting this Mega evolution!

Mega blissey would get the ability multiscale, allowing it to survive powerful physical hits. Mega blissey would trade in its normal type for a pure fairy type. Its Base Hp would rise- yes, I said Hp! I know I'm stretching the boundaries of Mega evolution, but when it Mega evolves, it would actually GAIN HP! Its defensive stats and sp attack would also rise. Mega Blisseys appearance would be that it grows light pink wings, it gets thicker skin and its curly hair grows longer.
Stat boosts:
45 Hp
30 defense
15 sp attack
10 sp defense
