Mega bisharp would remain dark and steel. Upon mega evolving it would gain the ability Sturdy, allowing it to safely set up a swords dance and proceed to murder everything with sucker punch. Its base attack Skyrockets to 200 attack! It also gets a smaller defensive boost. As for appearance, its blades grow extremely long and razor sharp. Its armor also is reinforced.
