*HEY GUYS!! I hope you don't hate me because of the last chapter! If you do, that's okay cause you'll love me again! So. . .there are many of the feels in this chapter. . .this might be short. . .I mean it might just be how they're upset about the whole thing but I really want to fast forward it so this might be a short chapter unless I decide to have the fast forwarded part here. . .well by the time you've read this, it'd have been published so yea. // Castiel's POV

He woke up that morning practically jumping out of bed. He was ready to see his Winchester. He was ready to tell himhow much he loved him.

He quickly got dressed in his usual attire and ran to Gabriel's room

"Hey Gabby! Wake up! Time for school!" He said shaking him. Gabriel ignored him and pulled the cover over his head.

"You'll get to see Sam. . ." Castiel smiled. Gabriel quickly shot up and ran into the restroom. Castiel chuckled and walked into the kitchen, plopping two pieces of bread into the toaster.

A while later Gabriel walked out of the restroom, got changed and ran into the kitchen to eat the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches Cas had prepared.

"You excited to see Sam?" Cas asked him.

Gabriel quickly nodded his head before making hand signals.

YOU EXCITED TO SEE DEAN?

Castiel smiled widley and nodded.

"Sure am."

After breakfast, both boys brushed their teeth and wandered over to their car. Looking over at the Winchester household, they noticed the Impala wasn't in the driveway.

"Wait here. I'll be right back." He instructed before walking over to the house. He walked up to the door and knocked.

No response.

He tried looking through a window but all the curtains were closed so he couldn't see how empty it was and how his Winchester was gone.

Finally, he gave up and walked back over to his brother and they were on their way, walking to school.

After dropping off Gabriel Castiel asked Ellen if she had seen Dean show up since Sam still wasn't in school. Ellen had said she hadn't seen him since he dropped him off yesterday and Sam had left early.

Castiel said his good byes and was in his way to his school, in hope of seeing his Winchester.

On his way, he plugged in his headphones and clicked shuffle and soon the sounf of Autumn Leaves by Ed Sheeran filled his ears.

He listened to the soft tune play in his ears.

This song was a bit more depressing than he would want but he liked the soft tune. He never thought a song like this would ever relate to him.

He walked through the door to the high school, wandering the halls, looking for his Winchester. He was probably already in class. Cas chuckled to himself and walked to his first period.

There were already a bunch of people in class and when they saw Cas they all smiled. Of course their smiles were quickly wiped of their faces when they remembered what happened just yesterday.

Dean Winchester had transfered.

They all knew Castiel had feelings for him so it would tear him apart when he heard the news.

Cas ignored the awkward stares and sat next to Charlie.

"Hey Charlie. Uh-- where's Dean?"

Charlie flinched slightly as her eyes filled with tears. She looked up at him in sadness.

"I-- he-- he's gone..." She whispered.

Castiel's eyes widened.

"What do you mean gone?!"

"He left. His dad-- or some drunk guy took him in the middle of the day yesterday..."

"What...?"

"Cas I'm sorry! I know how much...how much he meant to you and-- "

But Cas had already left.

"Mr Novak!" The teacher called after him but Cas was running further into the hallway until he was out of the school.

He pulled out a cigarette and placed it in his mouth...he would've lighten it...but he didn't have a lighter with him at the moment.

He nibbled on the end of it and wondered. It was probably the guy who let them in on that last day. He was drunk. Sam looked scared and stiff the entire time and Dean was really nervous, never leaving Sam's side.

He was probably some old drunk and a poor excuse for a father.

But now Dean was gone...he would probably never see him again.

// Dean's POV

Dean walked into the yet again new house. They were in Chicago this time. He set down his bags and kept Sam by his side.

"You boys get settled down, I'll be back." Their father instructed, and with that, he was gone yet again for god knows how long.

Sam just stood there, silent.

"Sam...?"

There was a whimper in response as he looked up, tears spilling from his eyes.

"Sam." Dean sighed as he pulled his brother into a hug. Sam had always cried when they moved, but never as hard as this.

"Hey don't worry..." he tried soothing.

"B-but Gabe! And Cas!" He cried.

"I know...I know..."

Most of their days went like that. Sam crying and not wanting to go to the new school, so Dean didn't force him. However Sam agreed to go to school when he'd be in first or second grade, Dean would homeschool him for what he needed to know.

John was never at the house, figures...

It was a new depressing life for the Winchesters. One without their Novaks.

They morned for a year and a half until they finally snapped. They couldn't let their lives go to waste like this.

They tried their best to forget the Novaks they learned to care about and even love.

Dean always kept the small teddy bear in his room. He even had a small picture of Cas when Charlie took one of him and gave to to Dean.

And it was around eight years later...when they would meet again.

*Hello guys...I really hate myself for putting you guys through this...sorry...I'll go die now...unless you want me to keep writing and make this happy! But yes this was an upsetting chapter. Sorry... I mean what kind of a person am I?! EIGHT YEARS?! IM SUCH A BAD PERSON! What Dean will be 25, Cas will be 26? And Sam and Gabriel will be 13....well at least they can make out now and be cute. Sorry again.
