I stood on my new lawn . I had just moved to a place called Cul-De-Sac . There were tons of kids . They hung out in groups . One was a blond girl and a boy wearing a cap . The next was a pale kid and a red head girl . The next was a boy with a yellow plank along side a tall blue haired boy . The last was a group of three . One was short with a yellow t-shirt . The next was a tall one in a big green jacket . The other was medium with a red shirt and a black beanie .  My mother told me to go out and make a friend . I walked out unsure . My old neighborhood was full of bullies. I was spotted by the cap boy . He was on a bike . He said his name was Kevin . Then he asked for my name . I could tell he was the type to try to woo the girls and I wasn't interested . The rest of the kid were coming toward me . I stared to panic and blush .

 " I-i  am claustrophobic " I told them . 

The tall one with the green jacket spoke up ," DOUBLE D IS CLAUSTROPHOBIC TO !" 

He was shushed by the other too . I noticed the one in the beanie blush . 

" Which one of you are Double D ?" I asked them . 

The beanie boy raised his hand slowly and timidly .

 I smiled at him and approached him ," Cool ! I thought I was going to be the only one . "

 I held out my hand ," My name is Laci !It's nice to to meet you , Double D ! "

He blushed and put on gloves to shake my hand . 

I giggled ," Aren't you going to talk ?"

 He smiled a little ," Greetings to you ,Laci ! It is very nice to meet you as well ."

 " IM ED ! " yelled the green jacket one . 

" Nice to meet you too " I smiled . 

I looked at the short one ," And you are ?" 

He sighed ," Eddy ."

 " It's nice to me- ."

 I was interrupted by Kevin ," Why are trying to hang with those dorks ?"

  I glared at him a little angered . I hated bullies.
