Wrong

Knockout

Lord Megatron had called me to the brig.

I walk in, the one calling herself "Empress of the Sun" standing beside Lord Megatron.

I resent the shine on her hair and feathers.

If only they manufactured a armor polish that glossy.

It was my job to escort her to the other winged creature's cell.

I didn't like the Empress. She was just rude.

I was still holding a grudge against her, since she made me kneel before her.

She didn't deserve my worship, in my opinion.

I led her through the corridors, unlocking the cell.

I lean up against the door. This should be fun.

Silver was in the corner, body in between the boy and the Empress.

She looked much different from the last time we met.

  She looked weak and pale.

This wasn't the warrior who bested me and Breakdown several times.

This was an exhausted, defenseless...  Whatever she was.

Her wings were covering her abdomen.

Silver's eyes narrow dangerously when they come in contact with Empress.

"You." She snarled, pushing the child farther into the wall.

I found it confusing. Why protect something so much?  Only to have them taken away?

"Yes, it is me, your superiour Empress of the Sun." The Empress replied cooly, walking over to her.

She backs up more, her wings going tighter around her abdomen.

"You are no superiour to me." She growls back, her eyes flashing black.

Her wings are suddenly held up against the wall, exposing her swollen abdomen.

The last time we had an encounter she didn't have that lump.

  It snapped.

  She was carrying a Sparkling.

"Oh, look!  A new servant, just for me!" The Empress says, reaching for her stomach.

  I stiffen.

I know I was a Decepticon, but I knew that a Sparkling was worth saving.

"Don't you dare touch either of them!" Silver yells, sharp points forming at the ends of her nails and teeth.

The Empress smacks her across the face.

She then grabs her neck, but Silver squeezed her arm, her fingers turning similar to the two wheeler's.

How was that possible?  She wasn't Cybertronian, was she?

But one thing I knew about her kind was to never underestimate them.

So it could be possible. In what way, I don't know.

I can see her grip is strong, the Empress' arm going completely white.

The Empress screams, but I don't do anything. I want to see how this goes down.

I have my bets on Silver.

If she can beat me, she can beat anyone.

"Heathen!" The Empress strikes her again.

I can only imagine how much stress is on the Sparkling and the carrier.

Silver falls, very tired and weak.

She must be near the due date.

The Empress snatches the boy, ripping him from behind Silver.

He bites her hand as he was dragged away, and she smacks him hard, making him fall to the floor.

  This wasn't right.

  The boy didn't move.

  Silver's eyes darkened, feathers puffing.

Silver weakly stands, crouching over the unconscious boy.

How much was she willing to lose for this child?

"Leave.  Him.  Alone." Silver coughs, her legs shaking under the weight of her body.

  This wasn't right.

  The Empress laughs. "Fine."

The Empress flicks her hand, Silver being thrown into the wall.

Silver was pinned, constantly taking multiple blows to the face.

This wasn't right. This wasn't okay.

After the Empress was done, she stomped on Silver's wing.

She bites her lip in pain, still crawling towards the child.

Why was she so determined to get to the boy, even though she could be beaten to death?

The Empress turns on her heel, kicking Silver in the stomach so hard she flipped over.

This wasn't good.  There was too much stress on her and the child.

The carrier could only take so much before it affected her Sparkling.

Empress takes out a blade from nowhere, pointing it to Silver's abdomen.

She was going to kill the Sparkling.

  My optics widen in fear.

We should have never agreed to this.

We should have never trusted her.

Empress says something quietly to Silver, but when she backs away, Silver is terrified.

She puts her blade away, disappearing into nothing.

Silver spits out silver blood, her lip and cheek bleeding.

It wasn't enough to cause severe damage, but it could get infected.

"I will never back down from a coward like you."  Silver crawls to the boy, her body shaking so bad I thought the ship was being invaded by more Predacons.

What was this feeling?  I felt a hole in my Spark, eating me away every second I didn't help Silver.

  Was this guilt?

Empress chuckles.  "Then the next few days of your pregnancy will be so much more fun."

She timed this.  She made the date to put more stress on her and the child.

I narrow my optics in anger.

I never wanted to have the energon of a Sparkling on my hands.

I walk behind the Empress, her stride showing she was proud.

I wasn't. I felt my Spark create a larger hole in my body, the image of Silver hitting the ground over and over again.

  I have to help her.

I need to make sure her Sparkling lives.

I can't imagine how bad Optimus Prime will dent me if he found out I didn't do all I could to save her child.

  I made up my mind.

Lord Megatron will probably tear me apart for treason, but I couldn't live the rest of my lifespan living with the energon of a sparkling staining my hands.

I knew what I had to do.

Empress told me that Silver could read minds.

I doubted it was true, but it was worth a shot.

I look at her before I walk out.

I'll do everything I can to help you.

I went to my station immediately, getting ready for an emergency C-Section.
