I saw Jin's friends but I didn't see her with them.

I approached them.

"Hi," I said then they looked at me, shocked.

"O-oh, h-hi... can we help you?" They asked then I nodded.

"Is JinAe here?" I asked then they shake their heads.

"She didn't come to school today and we don't know why.

Why won't you ask your sister, Maria?" They said then I sighed and nodded.

"Thank you anyway." I said and went to Mari's classroom.

I opened the door and everyone looked at me, surprised.

"Hey, Mari!" I called her and she looked at me, kind of surprised to see me here.

"Oh, hey.. why the heck are you here?" She asked then I roll my eyes.

"I want to ask where Jin is today." I asked then she smirked.

"Why do you ask?" She said then I blushed and shake my head.

"I-I need my lunch box back.." I lied then she pouted.

"I know you're lying. You don't mind her having your lunchbox." She said then I became more red.

"Oh my god, Mark! Are you sick or are you just thinking about your crush?" She teased then I pinched her cheeks.

"Where is she?" I said then she pouted again.

"She got sick today and won't be back till tomorrow. Why won't you be a nice boy and take care of your crush?" She said then I rolled my eyes.

"I will." I said and was about to leave the classroom.

"Wait.. you do admit that Jin is your crush?" She said then I stick out my tongue before completely leaving the room.

I went to Jin's house after asking the address from Mari.

The door opened was Jin. My eyes widened when I saw her looking really weak.

"Hey, sorry that I made you open the door." I said then she smiled weakly.

"It's fine.. come in-" She suddenly fell into my arms and I bite my lip.

I carried her to her room and grabbed a cold towel and place it on her forehead.

She was breathing heavily too. I turned off the AC so, she won't get cold.

I look around her room and saw a couple of posters on the wall and some kpop lightsticks.

I smiled and caress her hair.

"Have you eaten yet?" I asked her with a soft voice.

She slowly shake her head and I sighed.

"Do you want to eat anything?" I asked then she slowly open her eyes.

"I knew that you're here." I suddenly heard Mari's voice.

"How the-"

"You left the door open. Anyway, Jin." Dhe walked towards us and look at Jin.

"I'll cook for you then leave. Mom told me to hurry." She said then Jin nodded.

"Mark, you stay with Jin." She said then left the room.

"After eating, take your medicine." I said then she nodded again.

Okay, I also feel weak if I see her like this.

She just looks so weak and I feel bad.

Why can't it be..?

"Because if it's you... you'll be.. in the same... place at me.." She said with pauses in between her words.

"You're right but at least, you'll be the one taking care of me." I said then she smiled.

I smiled too. Even if she's weak, I'll still try my best to make her smile.
