Snow City is a tourist spot but some people still live there. It is called Snow City because it is covered in snow. The Diamond only go here for missions or because there's trouble, because the last time they went here for a vacation, Elisha came back in a giant ice cube because she gets cold easily and they took almost a week to unfreeze her with 3 hairdryers and Alexa had to use her fire powers for almost a week.

Snow City is super cold lots of people would wear a bunch of layers of clothing just to keep them warm.
