This chapter is very weird.

When I imagined hanging out with my brothers I did not think I would end up sitting in the security office at an aquarium with them, with drawn on moustaches, after being busted for participating in a fish jailbreak.

Who am I kidding this is exactly the sorta stuff we do.

I was sitting my bedroom not doing my homework when the doorbell rang. I heard my mum opening the door "oh hello Triton, Tyson" she said.

I jumped to my feet, fell over, then ran to meet my brothers.

"STELLA!" Tyson yelled and pulled me into a bone crushing hug.

"Tyson! It's been ages" I said.

"Too long" he agreed.

"Hello, young mortal" Triton gave me a side hug when Tyson let go.

"You blessed me remember, I'm like practically a god"

"Yeah, no"

"Anyway, How come you didn't tell me you were coming?"

"I told you yesterday, when you iris messaged me to tell me about the interesting conversation you had with lobster. You can't even speak to lobsters it's not part of the blessing"

"1. I forgot 2. Don't shame me for having a one sided conversation with a lobster. It is perfectly ordinary"

Triton shook his head at me.

Mum changed the subject "so how long are you here for?"

"Just today" Triton said "I managed to get both me and Tyson the day off but it's so busy at the moment, we're trying to organise a huge plastic clean-up charity event thing but oceanids hate getting their hands dirty. . ."

Before Triton could keep ranting about his work, Percy walked in. "Hey everybody!" He said giving Triton and Tyson a hug.

While everyone was distracted I got a blue cookie from the cookie jar but before I could take a bite out of it I realised it wasn't there any more.

Triton stood next to me holding my cookie, smirking.

That was quickly wiped off his face when Percy snatched it out of his hands and ate it.

Nobody really had a plan of what we were going to do. We just started roaming the streets of New York annoying pedestrians while we sang songs from musicals loudly and badly.

"AND PEGG-" I stopped shrieking during my favourite part of the song when I realised we stood next to an aquarium.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" I asked.

Everyone followed my gaze.

"We should get some peanut butter" Tyson nodded wisely.

"Not what I was thinking" I explained my plan to the others.

I was imagining a action movie entrance but that wasn't what happened. There was a huge queue to get tickets and they didn't take drachmas so we had to go with plan B.

I pulled out a Sharipe and drew a moustache on everyone. Then we put our hoods up and Naruto ran into the aquarium.

Actually that's not true Triton did some magic godly magic and zapped us past security. But I did insist on the moustaches.

My plan was very simple:

1) rescue all the fish/water animals from the aquarium

2) get a smelly eraser from the the gift shop

3) preferably not get arrested

Our group went over the plan again. "So me and Tyson will distract everybody while Percy and Tyson release all the fish. Then we will make water bubble things to transport them safely to the sea"

"Why do we need the water bubbles? Why don't I just do some god magic and automatically send them home?"

"Shut up Triton that's boring. One. Two. Three FISH RESCUERS"

"This is a terrible idea" Percy said
"Why are we doing this?" Triton asked"
"FISH RESCUERS!" Tyson yelled.

I ignored my untrusting brothers and ran around with Tyson screaming and generally creating confusion.

Percy and Triton started releasing the fish. They were flying around the room in water bubbles.

A dolphin 'flew' past in it's water bubble clicking happily (what sounds do dolphins make??)

Everyone started screaming and running around. I don't know what they saw with the mist. Maybe they thought they were being attacked by fish balloons.

One by one the bubbles started disappearing to were they belonged, back in the sea. (Idk imagine this aquarium is bad and mistreats animals 🤷‍♀️)

Aquarium security ran into the room and tried to take control of the situation but they didn't know what happened let alone know how to fix it.

Soon all of the fish/ animals were gone and everyone started to calm down.

Somehow the workers decided we were responsible and took us to the security office. It wasn't much more then a cupboard and I was squished up against the wall.

"Did all the fishys get away?" Tyson asked

"Yep" Triton said "back to the sea"

He breathed a sigh of relief "that's good"

"They don't treat them very well" Percy said "I was talking to a pufferfish called Jeremy and he didn't like it here"

We waited 20 minutes for security to come back. It was hot in the cupboard the air conditioning was broken and kept spluttering patheticly.

Percy, being the ADHD nightmare that he is started tapping and humming loudly to a tune that sounded suspiciously like under the sea.

After another 5 minutes I was practically pulling my hair out "do you reckon we could just leave?"

"Yeah they haven't come back for us yet"

Nobody seemed to care that we were leaving, no one stopped us. So we just left.

And that was that.

It was only when I got home did I realise I forgot to get a eraser from the gift shop.

Ok I haven't updated this book in ages so I have a ton of announcements.

1) OMFG 52K READS. WHAT??? how/why are so many people reading my crappy writing??? I think the amount of reads has like doubled since I last updated 😂 but seriously omg thank you 💕

I think that's it so to sum up thank you so much this book has given me so much confidence to write other, better books then this one.
