Hey, I'm Mike Brown. Friend of the one and only Jason Grace.

At my school, Sky High, Jason is quite high up the popularity ladder. To be honest that's the only real reason I hang out with him. I ditched all my nerd friends for popularity last year.

"Give it a rest Jase they ditched you." I said

Me, Jason and our other friend Chad stood in the school car park. Alone. In the rain. Waiting for his so called 'camp friends' to pick him up.

Yeah, like he actually has any friends they probably just forgot about him.

"Don't call me Jase and they'll come, probably let Hazel drive she drives like a grandma" he smiled he had been going on about this for the past month.

"Why are you here again Mike?" Chad asked glaring at me.

In case you hadn't noticed Chad hated me. But the feeling was mutual, he's just too nice. Well something like that.

In my head I call him Jason's 'real friend' because I think he genuinely wants to be friends with him. Who does that anymore?

Jason was bouncing in the balls of his feel looking at entrance to the car park.

A 'Delphi's strawberries' van swerved in. Loud rock music, bad singing and shouting was blaring from the van.

It skidded around the tarmac then stoped in front of us. The door slid open and a pile of teenagers spilled out along with a sea of cursing. "Jason!" Most of the teenagers screamed, then they surged forwards as enfolded him in a dog pile.

Once every one calmed down Jason started to introduce every one

"so this is my cousin and bro Percy, my other cousins Nico and Hazel, Frank's dating Hazel and Will, Nico then my girlfriend Piper and Percy's girlfriend Annabeth, Rachel, Katie who is with Travis who's brother is Conner, Leo and Calypso are dating..."
And so on, why I needed to know this I don't know.

I just really wanted to go home but then Jason introduced "and finally my sister Thalia."

But I wasn't really paying attention. Thalia was, well hot she looked nothing like Jason with spiky black hair, but they did have the same sky blue eyes. I could get her easy.

(Nope asshole)

I walked over to her "Hey" I said in my most irresistible voice "wanna come round my place later for some fun"

(I am trying not to gag right now)

She looked at me, not in a loving way like I had expected but a disgusted, did-you-really-just-do-that-do-you-have-a-fucking-death-wish kinda look.

Every one fell silent. I prayed to all the gods I had ever heard of before. Then she punched me. Hard.

When I woke up it was just becoming dark- about 5:30ish I had been dumped around the side of the school  by the bins on a abandoned mattress.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket to see my face.

I think that bitch broke my nose, black sharpie covered my face.

They drew on my face!

The stupid assholes. A piece of paper ripped out of a note book lay next to me

Your lucky I didn't kill you ~ Thalia, daughter of Zeus, lieutenant of Artemis... Ect

I don't know why I was friends with you- Jason Son on Jupiter, one of the 7... Ect

Stay away from my cousins- Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, one of the 7.... Ect

Everyone left a message but the last one hurt the most

My eyes stung. All I did was speak to her, was that so bad? Now I had been punched but the daughter of the lord of the sky's who just happened to have sworn of guys for eternity. How bad was my luck.

I had a serious attitude change after that experience. I apologised to Chad and my old friends (I never saw the demigods again) but I never did anything for popularity again.

Phew that got a bit dark but I wanted to post something but didn't feel like writing a better chapter. Anyway Tysm for 1k likes it means soooo much
