author of Healing His Heart

1  what inspired the idea of the story?

Healing His Heart is book #7 of The Heart Series. The main make character (Lukas) is the brother of the main chapter from my last book in the Series. Lukas has post traumatic amnesia from a car accident. I actually had a friend who went through the same thing a few years ago, and yes like Lukas, he got his memories back. 

2 what is something you struggled constructing with your story?

Finding time to write. That is my one and constant struggle. 

3 what did you enjoy writing most of your story?

 Writing the endings of my book always brings me joy. It's a sense of accomplishment, and I have brought my two characters together after their long journey. 

4 what's the overall response of your story from your readers?

 My avid readers genuinely seem to love all my books. I get a lot of private messages telling me how much enjoy each story. 

5 is your story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series ?

 It is part of the Heart Series but can also be read as a stand alone. 

6 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?

Don't judge people because sometimes first impressions are deceiving and in the end, love will always prevail. 

7 what advice would you provide to fellow writers, when it comes to focusing on their own story?

There will be amazing days of focus, and other days you can't even write a completely paragraph. Just keep on dreaming and writing. 

8 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?

Lukas is loyal to his family and loves them unconditionally. Reed is so strong and pulled herself up from a really bad situation. I feel like I have the same tenacity and loyalty. 

9 what is something about your story you believe would draw in new readers?

 It's a genuine love story of two people whose lives are marked by what happened to them one night four years prior and how their paths cross again. If you are a believer in fate, Healing His Heart is for you. 

10 do you have any future projects?

I have finished another book A Maiden's Heart and currently working on another called Stealing His Heart. Both are Historical Romance.
