1 When type of stories do you have on your profile?

My recent works are all adult horror novels, but I also have YA fantasy/romance, sci-fi, and horror as well as a selection of middle grade works and poetry.

2 When did you join Wattpad?

I joined Wattpad about sixteen months ago.

3 What is something you've come to learn about writing, while you've been on Wattpad?

 I don't know that I've learned something, but I've definitely improved my consistency with Wattpad. It's helped me keep up. I also strive to make each chapter not only part of the bigger story but something of a story in its own right, as well.

4 What do you believe is important to have when creating a Wattpad profile?

Honestly, I really try to make my image and background appealing, and I also think information about one's writing style and genres is important.

5 Do you think you should rush to publish stories on your profile, when you first join Wattpad?

I think that depends on the writer. I did rush to put stuff on here, because I already had a lot written. However, if someone is just starting out, they might want to take it a little slower.

6 What is your current story update routine?

Right now, I promise to update my WIP every three-four days (I don't know if anyone would notice if I didn't; this is more a goal for myself).

7 Is there anything you would've changed to your profile when you first joined Wattpad?

I only recently made a list of all my works with their genres. Perhaps I should have had that on there to begin with, because it's hard to determine genre and age range when just looking at the covers of one's works.

8 Do you believe it is better to have a short or long bio section on your profile?

I personally like to know a lot about someone when I read their books. I longer, relevant bio helps me understand where they're coming from and that they're serious about their work.

9 When you're on Wattpad, what is something you notice first on fellow Wattpad writer's profile?

 I notice the bio. If it's just a few words, I wonder why. Tell me about you! I also prefer real photos of people to graphics.

10 What do you believe is important to include in the bio section of your profile?

 I think a writer should include a bit about their writing style, how they update, any info about their genres, etc.

11 What are some suggestions you would share to fellow writer's about creating/maintaining a Wattpad profile?

Update regularly! I don't like when I find someone that interests me and then realize they haven't been active in years.
