1 What is your favorite thing about Wattpad?

 I love being able to talk with people who love the same things I do. I've made so many friends since joining the platform and found so many authors who have so much potential to be published one day.

2 Are you still surprised when you get a vote, follow or comment?

Yes absolutely. As someone who has a rather small audience i appreciate every single person who takes the time to read my books or follow me. The comments on my books always make me smile.

3 What is your favorite story?

 A recent favorite of mine is The Runaway Rebels - book 1 by one of my good friends @Beetlemaniac

4 What is your favorite movie?

My favorite movie would have to be either the 5th Harry Potter film The Order of the Phoenix or The Muppets Christmas Carol. I watch both at least once a year.

5 If you could hang out with your favorite celeb for a day, who would you choose and what would you do?

I would love to meet Matthew Lewis (he plays Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter films and he's my favorite character). I'd love to just have a chat with him about filming the HP films and talk about our favorite quotes, maybe we'd visit the studio tour. 

6 What is a good piece of writing advice?

One of my favorite pieces of advice is to never try to impress everyone. No matter how hard we try there will be people who just don't like your work. We shouldn't stress out over trying to please everyone, we'll just burn ourselves out. There is a perfect reader out there for everyone, we just need to find them.

7 Do you believe being a part of the Wattpad community has helped you become a better writer?

 Yes I do believe I've become a better writer. I've learned a lot through being on the platform and I've found people who like the same things as me. I love being here and I'm not going anywhere any time soon.

8 What is the best way to handle a bully?

Ah, this is a hard question. I guess I'd say to just remember that your tastes aren't going to be the same as everyone else's. Sometimes bad reviews or bad comments can hurt but the best thing to do is remind yourself that they are only one single person who doesn't like your stuff. There will be loads of other people who do.

9 What is a song you enjoy? Who is the artist?

 My favorite song at the moment is probably Rolling in the Deep by Adele. I do also love musical theatre and almost anything from these musicals I love:

10 What's your favorite holiday and why?

 My favorite holiday is most likely easter as I love chocolate and I also love seeing bunnies and chickens everywhere (you can probably tell from my username that I like chickens)

11 What is your favorite snack?

My favorite snack is probably....popcorn. Specifically sweet and salty but either option is fine. I like eating it while I'm writing as it doesn't make my keyboard sticky (lol)

I usually write murder mysteries but my current work which I'm very proud of is Hurting and Deserting. It's a world war 1 historical fiction/ romance set in England.

We follow the story of a servant named Alice who tries to help reunite a young man named Alexander with his family. What she doesn't know is that he's deserted from the army. He's suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) after killing another man.

Over the course of the story, we see Alexander start to open up and we watch as the two fall in love.

I think people should consider reading it as it shows some of the darker elements of the war which aren't regularly represented in books. I also am very pleased with the romance element of the story and the humor between the two is fun to read as well.
