1 What's one wattpad goal?

I'm honestly happy I have more than a thousand reads, but if I managed to get 1,000 votes I would absolutely lose it.

2 Are you still surprised when you get a new vote, follow or comment?

Absolutely. I, like pretty much every other person on the plane, struggle with imposter syndrome. It still just doesn't really make sense to me that I actually have my work posted where people can read it, let alone that some people enjoy reading it!

3 What's your favorite holiday and why?

It's a tie between Christmas and Halloween. Both mainly because of aesthetic reasons. Christmas is fun because of hot chocolate, and family time, and the smell of pine, and the first snowy night of the season, where everything's just a bit more quiet and no ones around to watch you play in the snow even though you're a bit too old for that now.

Halloween's great because of the scent of pumpkin and the cool air, and the sound of the leaves crunching under your feet, and the first tree you see completely covered in orange or red or yellow leaves, and the feeling that wherever you go, one of your ancestors might be watching over you from the beyond.

4 What's a song you enjoy? Who is the artist?

I have about three playlists each with around 5,000 songs on them, but the first song that comes to mind for me is Vacay by Sunny and Gabe. It just makes me really happy.

5 What's your schedule regarding your writing?

Whenever I get a burst of energy I write, I've tried having a solid schedule for a while but it never works out. I'd like to change that before I go to college, but baby steps I guess.

6 How would you celebrate a publishing deal?

Probably a really fancy dinner somewhere with my close friends and family, a little reward for dealing with me talking about my book nonstop.

And maybe some cotton candy.

7 What's a good piece of advice for a newcomer?

Don't worry about not being as good as other people. There will be a time when you suck at writing, just like there was a time you sucked at walking, or eating solid food. One day you'll be ok at it, then you'll be pretty good at it, and then you'll be so good other people who are just starting to suck at it will ask you how you do it and you'll tell them "Just keep doing it, even when you think you suck."

8 What's your favorite thing about Wattpad?

I love how accessible it is. I spent most of my childhood on Wattpad, which, in hindsight was probably a mistake on my parents part considering the stuff I used to read, but whatever.

I love how anyone can write a story about anything and we all have a fair shot at it getting fairly popular, or published even.

I've read some of my favorite books on this website, and a lot of them were written by people who probably wouldn't get a chance to write or publish them traditionally. 

9 What's your favorite snack?

I love anything spicy. My favorite is probably lays Nashville hot chicken chips. They smell horrible, it's great.

10 Who is your favorite author?

A tie between Ursula Le Guin and Neil Gaiman. Ursula Le Guin is very underrated by the way, so if you like fantasy books with an incredibly diverse cast check her stuff out!

11 If you could hang with your favorite celeb for a day, who would you choose and what would you do?

I think I'd probably either want to hang out with Betty White or Oprah Winfrey. We'd just drink tea and talk and I'd ask them for advice about existing and growing up and stuff. I just feel like it'd be a very pleasant experience.

I'd love it if some people would check out my book, "This Book Belongs To: Melody".

If I could describe it as anything, I guess I would call it an lgbtq+ young adult psychological horror adventure romance, but that's a lot of words so I just say it's a fun read.

It's written in the form of the diary of the recently deceased main character, Melody, through all the struggles and triumphs she faces in life, in death, and in something that's not quite either.

It's got dead people, it's got astral projection, and it's hella gay, really, what else can you ask for?
