Kings Landing has always been a place where people whisper. About the princess they say that she is favorised by her mother and raised for perfection. From an early age on she did what she was told, never talking back and always with the wish to please the people that had high expectations of her. She danced, she sung and she learned how to courtesy, all to receive the appreciation of her mother.

As time passed by and the little girl she once was grew up to the woman she is today, Catalina was aware of all the manipulation that she had to go through and started talking back. Her days in the Red Keep were always filled with loneliness and sadness until one day she made the acquaintance of Sansa Stark of Winterfell. They got along pretty well, developing a deep friendship as they had nobody else but them.
