First love is terrifying.

It consumes every piece of your being, of your heart and mind. Your eyes open to a new light and for the first time in your life; your heart starts to beat for someone other than yourself. Your thoughts are fogged by a specific person. Every action they do, every word they say is fiercely engraved in your soul.

Your emotions will go on the craziest rollercoaster, switching from euphoria to melancholy when you least expect it.

Obstacles are thrown in the way, perhaps the most challenging ones you’ll ever meet. You have a choice; to fight for love or to walk away from it.

The Best of Me novel, written by the phenomenal author Nicholas Sparks, expresses those mindboggling thoughts and emotions. The story soon won’t be just amazing on paper, but on a movie screen as well.
