Everything was fine.
Surgery went well.

6hrs later
Before she could get to actually hold her babies..

She was nauseaus
Her extremities cold
She became pale
She collapsed!

Before knowing what it is..
She started bleeding profusely.. and it resulted in hypovolemic shock due to Atonic post partum hemorrhage (meaning: uterus cannot contract properly and cannot seal all the blood vessels resulting in heavy profuse bleeding)

Every 10min she underwent pervaginal examination..
Only to get clots removed..
Her ripe vagina was abused repeatedly to remove clots
And she beared all the pain!

But again.. everything in vain
Bleeding didn't stop

Her hemoglobin dropped from 12 to 4gm/DL

They transfused 6pints of blood.
They needed more..

They decided for the surgery!
1st surgery done.. but again same
Immediately 2nd surgery..
She beared it even..

Finally there comes a halt to the bleeding!
She survived..
Because SHE beared everything..

Firstly giving birth is a major task!
But

SHE
Carried for 9mnths.. doublets
Delivered them..  twins
She underwent.. two post partum surgeries..
She survived..

Because.. she is a MOTHER
