Chapter Two

I looked at my surroundings and found myself in an unfamiliar room. As my vision focused I realized it was one of the rooms in the cabin and that the guys were staring at me. I looked at them. "What the hell? Where you watching me sleep?" I was quite disturbed by the thought of it. They all shook their heads except Andrew. I looked at him. "Andrew?" He smiled at me. "Well, yeah I was watching you sleep." I sighed softly, staring at him. "But why?"

"Because you're cute." I shook my head. "I AM NOT!" The others started laughing at me. "D-dude, are you...blushing?!" Hunter fell out of his chair, laughing at me. I grunted in frustration, getting out of the bed and kicking him in the side. Hunter curled up. "Dude, why'd you do that?"

"I'm not cute, and I'm not blushing."

"Well actually Derrick, you are blushing." Jaden said as he let out a sigh. I looked over at him and sighed, then looked at Hunter. "S-sorry, I shouldn't have kicked you bro." Hunter got up and punched me in the stomach, causing me to fall to my knees. "You think?" The other guys pushed Hunter away from me and Kristian dragged him out of the room. Jaden and Andrew helped me up and back onto the bed."Tha-" I looked up at them to see the same twisted faces from my dream and I freaked up kicking Jaden in the shin's and pushing Andrew to the ground, before getting up and running out of the room. I bolted through the cabin, towards the front door and outside. I tripped over my shoe laces and fell face first into the grass. Breathing heavily I stood up in shock and disarray. I looked behind me to see Hunter and Kristian standing in the doorway, just staring at me. It made me extremely uncomfortable. "Derrick?! Are you okay dude?!" I heard Kristian call out to me, but I said nothing and just stared. I wanted to speak, but I was unable to say a word. I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out, for some odd reason I felt fear. I knew my friends would wish no real harm towards me, but I was still very uneasy around them. Hunter started to walk towards me, shaky and afraid I took a step back every time he started to get closer to me. He started walking faster and I freaked out more, I didn't want him anywhere near me. I had a feeling he'd punch me again or pull out one of his knifes. I tripped and a rock and went tumbling backwards down the hill we were one. I closed my eyes and did my best to curl up into a ball to protect myself. However, I rolled into a large metal fence. I looked up, looking around before getting up. I realized I was at the bottom of the hill that dropped off of a cliff, I began to climb the fence. All of the guys came running down the hill, yelling out to me. "DERRICK!!! DERRICK! WAIT WHERE ARE YOU GOING!!!" I looked at them, staring at Andrew and Jaden. I notice a piece of paper in Andrew's hand and I just stared at it, trying to think of what that could possibly be. Andrew got to the fence first and stared up at me and I continued to stare at the paper in his hand. "Derrick, come down, please!" I sighed softly. "No, I think it's much safer up here." Andrew shook his head and sighed before putting the folded up piece of paper in his mouth and began climbing the fence. I started climbing again once he make the disturbing twisted face again. I made it to the top of the fence and he stopped climbing, just staring at me. "Jerrik, come gown whiff me, right now." The paper in his mouth muffled his speech. He reached up and held his hand out. "Pwease." I looked over at the other side of the fence, a very thin ledge and a large drop off into the river the separated the cabin and forest from the small town below. The other guys stood at the bottom of the fence and Andrew's hand started shaking and his breathing got heavy. I was starting to get concerned about him, I didn't want anything bad to happen to him and if he fell he'd get hurt. I felt bad as Andrew dropped the paper from his mouth. I quickly jumped off the fence, rolling as I hit the ground as to try not to break something. I picked up the piece of paper and quickly stood up, looking to Andrew and standing under him so that if he was to fall, I could catch him. The others stared at me with confusion and concern, but I just continued to stand there waiting. After a few minutes the trembling boy fell and I caught him, both of us falling to the ground. Pain suddenly struck me from my first fall off the fence, I groaned in pain feeling like I was dying. Andrew got up, looking at me. "D-Derrick? Are you okay?" I nodded slowly, sighing. "I'm fine..." I looked up at the sky, the sun was setting and the sky was a pretty orange. "Ah, it's getting late." Andrew laid next to me, smiling like the dork he is. I smiled and looked at him. "You alright Drew?" I noticed a very light tint of pink on his cheeks. I looked over to see the other four guys leave. I sat up and sighed, looking at Andrew. "Hey, about what happened. I'm sorry i shouldn't have freaked out like that."

"No it's fine, Derrick."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, why wouldn't it be okay?" He looked at me and grabbed my hand. I glanced at him, sighing softly. "A-Andrew...you forgive me?"

"Huh? What? Yeah, I forgive you. Why wouldn't I?" I looked away, feeling a little sad. "Well I just feel, like I don't deserve your forgiveness." His hand went from mine up my arm to my shoulder. "Derrick, don't think that. It's not true, I don't care anymore." I sighed softly, gripping the grass tightly. "You say that..." He sighed, shaking his head. "It's true, why don't you understand that..."

"Andrew...honestly....I regret doing it."

"Then why did you?"

"I was stressed...I'm sorry..."

"You always apologize you dork."

"I always apologize because I care enough to let you know that I regret it and wish I hadn't done it." He gave me a soft smile, moving his hand from my shoulder and laying his head there instead. I felt my cheeks get a little warm, they got a little warmer when he grabbed my hand again. "Plus, you said you just needed time." He whispered softly before closing his eyes. I nodded, rearranging our hands so I could hold his. He blushed slightly, opening his eyes, lifting his head and looking at pur hands. "Huh?" I smiled, looking at him. "You know my feelings never changed right?" He smiled, nodding. I chuckled softly, and kissed his forehead. "You smol dork." He pouted pushing my playfully. "I'm not a smol, you are." I shook my head. "Nah, I'm taller than you."

"No I'm ten feet tall!"

"Heh, sure you are."

"I am!" I shook my head. "Well if you're ten feet then I'm twenty feet."

"I'm thrity feet."

"I'm fourty."

"Fifty."

"Sixty."

"Eighty thousand!"

"Six hundred seventy-three thousand five hundred eighty-nine."

"Infinity."

"Infinity squared."

"Infinty to the infinate power."

"Welp, you win..." He smiled. "Haha, you're smol, I'm tol." I chuckled, playfully pushing him on the ground. I sat on his hips, laying my chest against his so that our faces extremely close. We both blushed, smiling at each other. Since we were alone and I still had feelings for him, I slowly leaned closer until our lips barely touched. I closed my eyes, pushing our lips together and smiling slightly. I enjoyed the sensation of his warm lips pressed against mine, I felt his arms slowly wrap around my neck. I put my hand on his chest, feeling his soft, sweet hearbeat against my palm as it slowly increased. I slowly pulled away from the kiss, opening my eyes. He looked up at me with an adorable, loving sparkle in his eyes. I chuckled softly, sitting up and ended up bringing him with me because of his arms linked around me. I kissed his cheek, before nuzzling into his soft skin. He chuckled softly, burying his face in my shoulder. "I love you Derrick."

"I love you too Andrew..." I smiled softly, putting my arms around his torso and feeling his soft breath against my neck. I looked towards the cabin. "Maybe we should go back inside and rest..." He nodded slowly. "Yeah, It'll be getting dark soon." We both got up holding hands then began to run up the hill together. When we got to the top we looked down at the small town on the other side of the river. "Hey Derrick, wanna go into town tomorrow?" Andrew looked at me with joy and hope and I nodded. "Sure, first thing tomorrow morning. We'll drive into town!" He grinned. "Yay!" I chuckled and dragged him inside. The others looked at us as we rushed to the room we had agreed to share. "YOU GET THAT ASS DERRICK!" I heard Hunter and Kristian yell out to me, causing my face to heat up. When we where both in the room, I closed the door behind us and locked it.
