"Welcome Miss. Mclain." The guard greeted me as I walked in to the Garrison informational building. This building was off limits to students except me.

I smiled widely as I took in the size of the building. "Wow." I whisper to my self in amazement.

I walk up to another security guard who is passing out key cards and before I can even say hello he speaks. "Name?"

"Um.. It Amber Mclain."

"Ok here is your room number, your room key, and your id card." He has me a slide of paper a little black key and a card with my name age and picture on it. "You cant get into amy room from here on out withour your id care so dont lose it."

"Alrighr sir." I roll my bag behind us as we walk.

We go in the elevator and go up two floors. We then walk down a long hallway. "Your room."

"Thanks." I open my door and walk in closing in behind me.

I unpack my bag and check out my room. The mini fridge is stocked. I feel like Hunk my brothers best friend from the Garrison; would be proud of me for looking at the mini fridge first.

After examining the rest of my room i looked at my schedule that was laminated on my desk. Right now it was around ten and my fist lesson was in an hour I had time to kill so I finished unpacking.

While I was unpacking I noticed somthing Lance slid into my bag it was a picture of the sunset and on the blqnk side of the picture it read; Cant wait to see your picture. xx Lance.

I folded up the picture, slide it into my pocket and went to my first class.

This is less of a scholarship amd more of an internship. My classes consist of how to function the rocket. Seat belts and other borning but important things.

The first week I was told is my most important. I understand why because it consists of all the classes. Ill only take these classes once. The week goes fast soon ill be the helper of Dr.Holt and his son. They are two of the three people going on the Kerbros mission.

I can't believe they are going to the moon of Pluto. Imagine the things they'll see. Planets. Stars. Space.

I wish I was chosen to go on the Kerbros mission I know I'm a good pilot. But they chose someone else.

One can only dream.
