*A few days later*

'Today is Halloween, and I am so excited for tonight!' I thought as I got ready for school.

I walked to school and did my normal routine. Meet Thalia and Nico in the locker hallway, go to class, eat lunch with the plastics, tell Thalia and Nico what happened in art, and leave school.

Today was no different except for the fact that everyone was dressed up but me.

I just took my sunglasses and my Yankees baseball cap, and said I was a celebrity in disguise. People believe it

Thalia was a dead archery, and Nico was a gay skeleton (which didn't look different from his everyday outfit)

Percy was dressed as a skater, with his own skateboard hanging out of his bag.

I laughed when I realized he also forgot about Halloween. He said his going to wear a different costume at the party, but he wouldn't tell what it was.

Thalia and Nico were going to say home for Halloween and just watch scary movies. That meant I am going to be alone, well besides the plastics.

Yes there's Percy, but he probably gonna hang out with his friends and not talk to me.

After homework, I started to get ready.  My costume was captin marvel.  She is definitely my favorite character.

Once I was ready, my stepmom drove me to the party. She was happy I made friends, but she still told me some rules about the party.

I am nervous. I never been to a high school party. The only parties I been to were birthday parties. My stepmom dropped me off, and said to be back at 10.

I walked to the front door and rang the bell. Luckily, a girl in my history class answered the door. Her name was Piper McLean.

She is the host and she wanted to ruin her dads 5th house, she explained quickly. She was dressed up as a angel. Her dad was a famous actor

She gave me a cup of ice tea (I told her I don't drink) when someone yelled her name. She left to see what happened, and I was left alone.

I was kind of bored, I don't see the rave about high school parties. Now I know why Thalia and Nico stay home.

I was about walk out of the kitchen when I heard a familiar voice.

I turned to sound and saw Percy in Greek armor.

"I am Poseidon, God of the seas." He said in a deep voice, as I laughed. He saw my outfit and then exclaimed " I was going to be Peter!"

I laughed, " Really? Next time we should plan a costume together."

He smiled at me, his cute smile made my stomach flip. All of the sudden, Reyna came in between us.

At lunch Reyna told me she would talk to Percy for me as a wing woman.

I guess Rachel told her about my crush.

"Can I talk to you for a sec?'' She asked Percy. She was wearing a short romper/ Jumpsuit with cat ears.

I walked to Piper, who was holding hands with a dude with blonde hair and in a devil costume,

PERCY POV:

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" Reyna said.

"Do what?" I asked innocently

"Be with her", she responded," she from Greece and she's very weird." I scowled.

"What does it matter to you, your my ex" I said

"But I am sorry, we should try again." Reyna put her hand on my shoulder

"You were the one who broke up with me!" I said angrily.

"And I was wrong, please." She said. I
Don't know what to do. But I didn’t have to make a decision because Reyna kissed me

ANNABETH POV:

I was laughing at Piper's friend Leo, when I look up at Percy to see him kissing Reyna. I thought they were over, I guess not. I said I wasn't feeling good and left.

Jason, Piper’s boyfriend and Thalia brother, told me they lived a block away. Their mom was a famous actress apparently.

I ran out  towards Thalia's house. I saw Thalia and Nico eating popcorn watching a horror movie. The door was unlocked and as I walked in, they screamed.

It made me grin but I was still sad.

I told them what happened, and they comforted me. Thalia gave me some clothes to change in and we watched movies for the rest of the night.

And at that time I forgot about what happened at the party.
