For the rest of the day, I got to my classes on time and meet with my friends every now and then.

The bell rang for the end of the day. I got out Science and rushed to my locker.

When I got there, Nico and Thalia were not here yet, so I just opened my locker to get my backpack.

I was getting nervous. I was looking around to try and find them, but I noticed a little fish sticker on the locker on my right, next to mine.

I never saw anyone use that locker, but I am sure I will see them soon now that I know someone uses it. In that moment, Thalia and Nico came, complaining about their lasts block. I laughed as I waited for them to finish up.

"I just can't believe on the first day of school the stolls mange to pull a prank like that on Mr. Mars!" Thalia exclaims

"They must have planed that all summer!" Nico laughed with Thalia.
I don't really know what happened but I smiled at my friends.

Before we split up (they take the bus, I walk to school) we exchanged phone numbers.

My dad got me a phone as a welcoming gift. It's not the newest type or whatever, but It's okay.

My dad knew I had to leave my friends, Charles and Silena, when we moved, so he got me a phone to stay in touch.

The only bad thing is that they don't have phones, but my dad didn't know.

Anyway, we said our good-byes and left. I pulled out my headphones and started my Playlist.

The first song was electronic love- by BORNS. I didn't get very far into the song when someone bumped to me, again.

"Oh! I'm so sorry!" I turned to see the boy, Percy again.

"It's okay, I had my headphones on." I said trying to make him feel better.

"It my fault. I am so sorry. My names Percy" he said as he extended his hand for me to shake. I found it adorable, how his other hand went behind his neck.

"Annabeth." I said simply. I took his hand and shaked it.

"So where are you going?" He asked, trying to start a conversation. I continued to walk, but slowly.

"Home, of course." I said

"Oh! Are you the people who moved into 141?" He asked excitedly

''Yeah, how did you know?" I was a little scared, not gonna lie.

"I live in 138. Hey, maybe we can walk together! " he said happily

I laughed, "Isn't it not what were doing right now?" I asked, realization hit him

"Oh, yeah" he said. I laughed as we continued walking.

He was really funny. He kept making jokes as I laughed. I never laughed harder in my life.

Well, Annabeth, this is my stop. See you tomorrow" Percy said as he walked to his house.

I waved goodbye and continued to my house.

"Hey mom!" I said as I dropped my backpack down. I also took off my headphones, even though I didn't even use them.

"Hi, sweetie. How was your first day of school?" She asked. She had an yellow apron on, but she had on her work clothes underneath.

"It was good, actually. I made some friends and I seemed to be in head of my classes." I answered while I sat down on a stool and put my phone on the counter.

"That’s good to hear! The boys should be home in a few minutes. Can you-" she was cut off by a little kitchen timer we have, "oh! The brownies are done!" Helen clapped her hands, but then went to get the brownies.

Once she opened the oven door, the room started to have this delicious smell to it.

Helen put the brownies to side to cool off and turned to me, "as I was saying. Annabeth, can you get your brothers. All you have to do is wait outside. They will be here any minute." I nodded my head and grabbed my phone.

I sat on my porch, as my phone buzzed. I looked down and smiled

        You have been added to' Girls    and Nico'

Tree girl: hey guys

Ghost king:  hi

I took the names that they always call each other

What's up: really smart person

I laughed at the name they gave me

Tree girl: nothing really, I'm bored

Ghost king: your always bored

Tree girl: shut up, death breath

Tree girl: anyway, you guys want to come over Friday for a sleepover

Ghost king: sure

I have to ask my dad: really smart person

Tree girl: kk, it will be after school

I saw my brothers getting off their bus

I gotta go now, cya tomorrow: really smart person

Ghost king: k

Tree girl: bye bye

I put my phone away as my brothers walked up to me. Together we made our way indoors to eat the brownies
