Somethings really been bothering me.
A few things actually.
One: Kennedy and her friends have NOT been doing the full Disney experience right.
They are skipping some of the best rides and it's so annoying.
Ava keeps suggesting we just go on our own and honestly I'm all for it.
But, Kennedy is insisting that we all stick together....sooo yah. I'm kinda in a predicament.

Two: Cierra won't shut up about Cameron. She doesn't even know him! She's not the one that ran into him, I am. She just keeps going on and on about if she met him she would have done this and this, and got his number, and asked him out. Ugh. I'm so over her.

And three: I was sad I didn't get his number. Although that would have been dumb of me. Ask for his number? I would have just made a complete and utter fool of myself.
He probably would have turned me down laughed. Gullible.
Oh who wrote gullible on the ceiling?

I numbly stirred my straw around in my drink.

"I just feel like you would have more fun, I would have more fun, Roni would have more fun if we broke off..." ava looked at me and snapped her fingers. "Marley, are you even listening to me."

I sat across from Ava at a small wooden table at the hungry bear restaurant. Roni sat to my side, also trying to reason with me about leaving.
We had stopped for lunch because Chad hadn't shut up about how hungry he was. Even though he had already bought 3 churros, a turkey leg, corn on the cob, a Mickey pretzel, and apple pastry. It was only 12:30.

Chad was the type of person that was always hungry.
He was also the type of person that could eat, eat, and eat and not gain any weight.

"Yes, sorry I am. And yah yah, I know you're right." I slide my minnie ears off my head and began to play with the bow.
"I just feel bad leaving Kennedy."
And I dont want to feel her guilt trip later on....

"Look at her, she wouldn't care!"
Roni pips up.
We glance over to a table a few down from our where her and her friends sit.

"And its not like we wouldn't see them. We share a hotel. And we can always meet up for dinner or something."

"Okay. Okay yah. Let's do it." I stand up and walk over to her table.

"Oh so were doing this now? Okay."
Ava grabs her backpack and swings it around her shoulders and stands.
Roni follows and gathers their trays of garbage cleaning off our table.

I walk over to Kennedy's table where all her friends sit chatting.
"Were leaving." I quickly blurt before I change my mind.

Kennedy blinks before speaking.
"What do you mean. No you aren't. We aren't done eating."
She gestures to her friends and the food on their trays.
"Well thats fine because, I am leaving with Roni and Ava and we are gonna go on our own."

An amused look plays on Lucas's lips as he lays his arm against the back of Kennedy's chair. To the other side of Kennedy Cierra laughs. I turn my eyes to her and glare.
From the look on kennedys face I can tell she's trying not to blow a fuse.
"You can't just go. We are supposed to be sticking together remember?
You can't "stick together" when you go on your own. Your friends can go on their own if they wish. But you aren't."

I can feel my blood boil at her words.
I never realized how in control she was of me until now.
Sure she was older then me by four minutes and twenty eight seconds, which she never let's me forget, but I was over it.

"I'm leaving Kennedy." I say and turn on my heels to leave.

"No, you can't go! I say no!"

I roll my eyes and slide my minnie ears back on my head before jogging over to catch up with my friends.
A weight I didn't know I had lifted off my chest and I felt lighter.
I smiled. Actually smiled. And laughed. I laughed.
"Come on, let's go."

Ava and Roni each put their arms around my back, I do the same with them and we walk away.

"Did you see her face though? She was so mad." I laugh, leaning against a boulder in line for thunder mountain.

"I'm proud of you."

Roni looks at me. "That took guts and I know it was hard for you."
I smiled. "Yeah. And thank you guys. For pushing me to do that. This trip is going to be way more fun with you guys."

"And without miss divaqueen and her gang back there."
We all have another set of laughs before getting on the ride.

We all climb into the given spot on the train. Ava and Roni sit in the bench infront and I get into the one behind. I'm about to pull down my safety restraint when a hand grabs it keeping it up.

A man slips into the seat next to me.

I am almost taken back. He looked so much like the guy I bumped into this morning.

"Mind if I sit by ya?"

I shake my head and pull the bar down. "Not at all."

"Single rider line. Best way to go." He chuckles and puts his hand out.
"I'm Carter."

"Ma-"

"Howdy Partners! For your safety, remain seated with your hands, arms, feet, and legs inside the train, and make sure to watch to watch your kids!
If you folks are wearing hats or glasses, beat remove em! Cause this here the most wildest ride in the wilderness!"

I slide my ears off and chuckle.

"I'm Marley."
