My personal theory in the order of Music Videos (since we now know HeavyDirtySoul is part of the same universe) is:

Nico and The Niners

Jumpsuit

Levitate

HeavyDirtySoul

Heathens

The reason I think HeavyDirtySoul is fourth and comes after Levitate is because logically it's the only way that Tyler would have the jacket in the trunk of the car from HeavyDirtySoul (which he pulls from the trunk at the end of Jumpsuit and walks away). My theory is that what we see at the beginning of Jumpsuit; Tyler standing on the burning HeavyDirtySoul car, is the present and the story we see after (Jumpsuit, Nico and The Niners, Levitate) is a series of flashbacks in Tyler's mind that tell the story of how he got in the car in HeavyDirtySoul. However, I don't think the car is taking him back to DEMA, as obviously the bishops have realized he can escape from DEMA with the help of the Banditos. So where is the car taking him? The prison from Heathens! Yes and although Josh appears in both those videos he doesn't really have interaction with him like in Stressed Out or Nico and The Niners, so I theorize that Josh's appearance in both HeavyDirtySoul and Heathens is Tyler's mind imagining him there because he wants Josh and the Banditos to come save him again. Also as he's in the prison with other people who have been sent there by the Bishops he tells them about the Banditos and how they help people escape, which is what the last line of Heathens "and now they're outside ready to bust, it looks like you might be one of us" means. As for Tyler escaping the car at the end of HeavyDirtySoul/Jumpsuit that's really the only hole in my theory I can't explain, but it's fun to think about nonetheless.
